Master Air quickly respoonded to my inquiry about new AC and furnaces. They were able to complete job in one day and new AC works great.

Anthony worked tirelessly to get our ac fixed. There were a few problems with the unit each time he diagnosed and later returned with whatever parts were needed to get it up and running. I have never used Master Air before, but I can tell you that after the experience we had with Anthony’s spectacular service we will be lifelong customers! Anthony is a value to your company and I will be recommending his service to whomever I can.

Had water leaking down from attic into bathroom light and then dripping onto bathroom floor. Called Master Air after seeing several people recommend them on Facebook and looking them up on the BBB site to see they have an A+ rating. Left a message with answering service before they opened for business. Had a return call 15 minutes after they opened. Was able to get an appointment that same morning. Husband met him at the house. Service from Anthony was thorough and professional. I was at work and Anthony also called me after to explain the issue and what he did to fix it. 100% recommend.

I would highly recommend using them if you have any ac/heater concerns. They have a great and friendly staff as well as team. My experience was that they charged reasonable prices and don't try to take advantage of you. They stay there and do their work till the job is done and don't cut any corners. Great company, highly recommend
