Our a/c went out late Sunday night. I called first thing Monday morning. Kevin arrived within the hour and repaired our system within 45 minutes. Great customer service and very professional. We will definitely use Master Air again!

One zone of my downstairs A/C wasn’t working and I wasn’t sure who to call. My brother mentioned that he had kept the number for Master Air in his phone. He said that they had fixed his A/C some time ago and that they were “really good”. He was right. Anthony was the tech who came to the house and he was great. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in record time. He even helped me figure out a confusing situation with my thermostats. Nothing stresses me out worse than some problem with the A/C or with my car. The combination of inconvenience, discomfort and potential astronomical expense is no fun, and it’s even worse if you come away from the experience wondering if you got ripped off somehow. As my A/C system ages I may one day run into expensive repairs, but I won’t have to wonder who to call or whether or not I’m going to be charged for repairs that I don’t need. That is worth a lot.

Positives: they were very responsive and professional and had all the parts necessary to perform the repairs. They notified me ahead of time that due to supply chain issues they may not be able to perform the repair if a part was not available but this was not an issue.
The only negative is that I did not get an itemized receipt. It detailed all the work done but did not give a list of charges for parts and services. I would use them again but would ask for an itemized receipt.

I called Master Air around 10 AM on the Saturday before Easter and within the hour Kevin was at my house working to determine what was wrong with the AC. Within about 40 minutes everything was working as it should. Kevin let me know what was going on, how he fixed it, and what to expect going forward. Kevin was great! I appreciate Master Air taking care of us on a holiday weekend!

My builder installed AC is builder grade junk and I had an evaporator coil failure after only 3 years. Kevin from Master Air came out the day after I called and explained all of my options to me. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, including the option to do labor only with the warranty parts from the original units manufacturer. I opted to upgrade to American Standard and all the necessary work and materials needed to integrate it into our current system.
Installation was early the next morning. Installers were very courteous, extremely careful and clean. For such a major project, the commotion and disruption was negligible.
After installation Kevin returned to inspect the unit and answer all of my questions ( I had many). He explained everything and even drew diagrams for me. We went through the work done and I was amazed at the amount of work they did to troubleshoot and modify some other things during installation that fixed problems I had not even mentioned I had ! These were things I thought were just home design issues...but no, Master Air found a duct work problem and fixed it. I now have an upstairs that is a cool as my downstairs! They did not add anything onto the quoted price for this additional adjustment.
My AC is better than ever and I am very happy with everyone at Master Air. They were all great to work with. I will absolutely use them again.

I was looking for a new AC company and came across Master Air....Honesty is huge with me, especially in the situation I was in with my AC. Joey is the service man that came out to my house twice before we came to the decision it would be in my better interest to get a new unit. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional , he never charged me until he figured out what was actually going on.
So I very much appreciate the friendly staff and all the technicians at Master Air. Don't hesitate to call them...you will be happy you did!
