They operate 24 hrs. The tech Thomas sanders was extremely professional explained everything in detail and made sure we were satisfied. He came out at 10pm to make sure your issue was solved and went above and beyond on his service. He provided tips for ac maintenance and was very thorough. Our satisfaction was his primary concern.I would highly recommend and if you need service from this company ask for Thomas. You will be extremely satisfied.

The service technician Robby Hansche was professional and polite. He explained the problem we were having with our A/C unit. Robby went through all of our options explaining the pros and cons of each solution. We opted to replace the unit. He was very helpful in helping us reach the best solution for us. He was very patient as we asked several questions. He did not rush us and took the time to answer all of our questions.

Thomas Sanders was very professional and quick and model of what technician should be when representing a company . Clear Air is a great company I have been doing business with for years and will continue too.

Clear the Air texted me when my technician was on his way and I was able to track him till he arrived, which was really convenient. Only problem is that I could only track him on my laptop and not my phone. Technician Tristen showed up on time, was very polite and friendly, asked me if there were any issues or complaints and then got right to work. Tristen communicated that my equipment checkup went well and that there were no issues or problems. He recommended a few things to help keep everything in good working order. He closed out the transaction very efficiently and asked if I was interested in the warranty program, but since we have homeowners warranty insurance, I declined. I am satisfied with my experience with Clear The Air and I will recommend them in the future.
