Clear the Air Cooling & Heating

The company installed this air conditioning system several years ago, and I have always use them to check on the system and make sure all is well. Carlos Quintanilla was the tech today- he let me know ahead of time before arriving, he was very professional and was wearing the company uniform and he knew his job. A great experience all around. Thanks Carlos for checking out everything.

Thomas performed my heating checkup this year. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He provided a thorough overview of the items checked and any findings that may require future repair or replacement. He was also not the slightest bit perturbed with my pups who were a bit vocal about having a service technician in the home.

We are so happy that we used these guys to install our new a/c unit in 2017. We have had very little problems and the best service anyone could ever ask for. Mark Ortiz was a very polite technician and explained everything thoroughly, showed me pictures and was fast. He left everything exactly like he found it. Job well done.

The tech technician Robert Britt did an excellent job. He had good product knowledge allowing me to make an informed decision. The office did not keep me informed of delays in the technician's schedule.

Thomas Sanders was very professional during his visit. He
made sure to explain everything he did while here,and thoroughly explained options on replacing my unit due to its age and how to get coax a little bit more service out of it. I hope we get him as a service tech on future visits.

Carlos was extremely helpful, respectful, & informal. He showed me his concerns, but did not pressure me. Will ask for him by name for my future needs!
