Captain's Cooling replaced all the ducts in my house. The Techs were on time, professional, and did a great job in less time than what was anticipated. I Highly recommend their services.

Three no-shows (original appointment and two reschedules) over a four-day period. Can't comment on their quality of work--moved on to another contractor who actually kept their first appointment.

Randy and his crew have always been efficient and on time. Good service and good price.

I called to leave a message because our ac went out after hours (6pm) and expected them to call back the next day. Randy called back 30 min later at close to 7pm and said they would be out the next day. They came out did the repair, they were neat and professional. I can say that we are costumers for life and would definently call for all my ac and heating issues. We have also used them for a fridge issue we had a couple years ago. Awsome results

Randy has been taking care of our a/c needs for 25 years. Very reliable, on time and reasonable. We wouldn't use anyone other than the Captain!

Captain’s Cooling installed 2 A/C units on the roof of my 3 story townhome. They had to use a crane. Also, installed 2 air/heat units inside my house in existing spaces. Randy, the owner had to find one unit which fit my existing space in Arizona and had it overnight freighted so they could meet their commitment to install the units in the promised time. They went above and beyond excellent service. I had been without heat for 1 month during the month of December when another company had un-connected the unit in preparation to install and then found that the unit would not fit the existing space. They failed to hook it back up and failed in finding another unit. Captain’s Cooling arrived at 8:00 in the morning with 6 crew, installer supervisor, Theresa and by afternoon, all units had been installed. Clean-up was excellent both inside and outside. I cannot say enough good things about Captain’s Cooling. Thank you, Randy, Theresa, Richard and all the crew members. I am forever grateful.

Randy has serviced our system before. We interrupted his Christmas shopping with our call. He cheerfully came out and got our A/C in working order late last night. Thank You Randy!
If you want HONEST, reasonably priced quality service I highly recommend. Honest being the key word!
