Thomas was an excellent serviceman. Was out a few weeks ago and explained to my wife and I various enhancements we could make to our system so it would last longer. Anything that can be done to extend the life of an HVAC system is money in the bank in my opinion.

Robby was awesome. He was so kind, he went through the details of the cost to the point. He made sure that we knew 100% what was going on with our unit, then explained how and why each unit was good. He calculated and broke down the costs for each unit. Robby remained professional the entire time he was in my house. I really enjoyed speaking with him. He worked the best to get us the best possible deal, and was more than willing to explain to my husband if we had any questions. He was a personable guy who I enjoyed having in my household. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company from day one. They called to confirm my original appointment but I was out of town and they were happy to reschedule for me. Robby was also early to his appointment with me, and the company had called in advance to make sure I was okay with Robby coming earlier than expected. This also made me very happy, due to being a busy mom with things to do. Robby was phenomenal, a great big thanks to him for making my life and ac unit better!!

Clear the Air Agent Mark ORtiz was really great i called Clear the Air at about 7 or 8 pm and Mark showed up about 9 pm and went over everything of what was wrong and what he can do and got the job done and got mine and my family's a/c back up and running. Thanks Mark and look forward to having you work on our a/c in the FUTURE. He looked over the outside unit and the inside unit and found out that the contactor that was out and replaced it and got the a/c up and running.

Robert Britt worked quickly but thoroughly to replace our furnace and a/c unit! And they took care to tidy up after they were done!

Mark ortiz is always great, he has been my home several times from general maintenance to repairs. Explains everything/communicate everything well.

Clear the air always done a good job for me. Never had any issues with them from the installation of the unit to their services plans. Been using them for the last 9 year's to service the units I have. Never had an issue with them or the service they performed. The units work like when they were first installed.
