Earlier today, Matthew, the technician, made it out to our house to repair our AC unit. We received multiple messages this morning to confirm due to how busy they are (this was appreciated, since it made sure we were guaranteed to have it repaired today) and he made it on time and even on the earlier side of the window. To make it even better, Matt had replaced the motor within our unit and had it repaired and running in less than 20 minutes. I am so beyond thankful for the service he provided and commitment that Brown's AC provided as a whole.

Hopefully I won't be needing any additional AC service soon, but if I do I'll be calling Brown's.

I've been a happy customer since 2010. They've performed just about every service, taking care of my two central units (Ruuds), which were 30 years old when they finally croaked in July of last year, and they installed two new Ruud systems. Brown AC & Heating is one of the nicest companies I've ever dealt with. Prices are reasonable, service is great, and the office staff are pleasant and friendly. They're A+ for sure!

Brown Air Conditioning is one of the finest contractors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They are prompt, courteous and have exceptional repair personnel. They came out the day after I placed the service request, diagnosed the issue and had the new part within 24 hours. Their repair man Cole was exceptional and I have dealt with him a number of times. He explained what the problem was and answered all my questions. Another superb service call and yet another great experience with Brown A/C.

Steven came to my house to inspect my heating system within 2 hours of my first contact with the company. He was extremely friendly and thorough in his inspection of equipment. He gave me a report and showed me a picture of what he saw, then gave an estimate and explanation of what all would be included if I choose to replace the system.
