These guys came out and replaced our compressor and did a great job. It was no easy task either with the compressor being on the second floor with little room to move the new one up and the old one down. It also started raining and they continued to work until the job was done. They also cleaned everything up when they were done. Very satisfied I went with Brown!

I have been working with them for the last 5 years. Charles is the best! He has always been honest and fair. This year I was finally able to replace the old HVAC system. It was a fair price and everything was done in a professional manner from the quote to the tear out and install. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the old away. Thank you Charles! They were awesome! They came the same day and took out my old air handler and installed the new one. It works great now. I had lots of company coming in town that day and they made it happen for us. We will always recommend Browns AC and Heating. Great people.

The worse AC repair company I have used ever. I've been dealing with this company since June of 2022 and they can't seem to get it right. AC keeps going out. They keep coming back out. I can't keep taking time off from work to deal with this issue. Terrible customer service. Spend extra money to get better service from a more dependable AC company. I wish I could show people the pictures of how they left my AC looking. I finally had someone else come out and look at. The first thing they did was laugh at the work they did. Just know I'm giving you a fair warning about using this company.

AC broke down in the midst of a heat wave. They came out and fixed me up under warranty. What more could I ask for?

Charles was my technician and he has done an amazing job. Answering all my questions and counseling me on their products. From my first impression of them while speaking over the phone I have been very pleased. Very fast and efficient, installed a new AC unit and I have been extremely happy and confident with my purchase. It comes with a year service warranty and they have honored that! No major issues just had them come check the installation for accuracy. I will only be using Brown from low on!
