So far so good. Repairs haven't been made yet since the part is on order; however, the technician was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was.
They found the problem right away as to why my A/C unit was not cooling. The previous company's technician who had come to check the units 3 weeks earlier had disconnected the blower capacitor leads and didn't hook them back. Brown's technician reconnected the blower capacitor leads.
Terrible customer service and problem resolution. Came early, no notice so no one was at the home when they arrived and left before we could get there (less than 20 min) after assuring me they would wait and calling on the way to update them and to make sure they still waited and they were gone. Was told “too bad and I don’t know what to tell you.. you should have gotten there sooner” terrible terrible customer service and awfully rude office staff
