Our AC was on its last leg Monday and Charles came that day, was very pleasant to work with and provided us with the answers we needed. Two days later and we have two new AC units for our two story house and it only took them a days’ worth of work. The guys were fast, efficient and as unobtrusive as they could possibly be with such a large job. Amazing job!

Technician told me nothing was wrong with my AC even though it wasn’t cooling. Turns out the line dryer was rusted and had leaked out half the refrigerant. They sent a second technician that quoted me a price almost twice what it ended up costing me to fix it.

Repair man was unprofessional looked like he just had gotten out of bed did not do a full evaluation of my unit visit was less that 20 minutes and then peeled out of my driveway I was not happy with his evaluation had to get someone else to get a second opinion due to his lack of inspection and recommendation would not use again.

Corey was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. He was only there a short time, but he taught me how to use my system better, and I am grateful. I will use these guys again in the summer.

Brown AC is the vendor that AHS uses for our area in Galveston. We’ve had many service calls over the years and that same tech Charles has provided excellent customer service and repair each time. When it came time to replace both of our units we went with Brown AC. Charles explained their product of choice over others and why.

Cole the technician was great, solve the problem very quickly. He was professional and arrive on time which was great, no waiting for hours.
