This is hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. The technician showed up to my home and broke the panel on my AC and then explained he did not know how to fix it. The office staff was very rude and unprofessional.

The service guy was great and informative. He corrected the issue and was very prompt with his work.

Cory was my svc repairman & he was very informative. I had questions & he explained the processes clearly. Even though my issue was very minor, the svc was great.

04.21.22 - Update. My 24 year old AC finally gave out. Brown installed a new AC at a reasonable price in late February and it's working perfectly. Technician Matt even came back to check on it when the weather got warmer and to install a Nest thermostat at an excellent price. It's refreshing to find an honest company! Highly recommend!

05.22.19 - Had another issue with my old AC unit. Received the same great service at a very reasonable price as I did a couple of weeks ago. Happy, satisfied and will be a lifelong customer. Thank you! 05.08.19 - Great service, honest and professional technician. I highly recommend this company. Received texts confirming estimated timeframe of arrival and when technician was arriving (was early which was awesome). From the receptionist who took my information to the awesome technician what is usually a stressful and unexpected expense turned out to be a quick fix at a very decent price. The technician (Matt) was very nice, professional and showed me the problem. He could have said I needed more parts replaced but fixed just what was needed. I really appreciated the honesty. Hard to find that now. My unit is very old and he mentioned the refrigerant was being phased out and to consider a new unit. No pushy sales spiel just a suggestion. I most definitely will call this company when I need to replace my unit.

We have used Brown AC and Heating several times now and have always been please with their service and their professional repair men. Our AC went out last night with it being still 80 degrees out it was a hard night. Called Brown first thing in the morning and they had someone out around 9:45 which was before the 10-1 window they had said. Cole was very professional and had everything running quickly. It ended up being a simple fix. Other companies would have made it out to be worse and charged us a mint. Very grateful!

Cole with Brown AC replaced the dryer, capacitor, and drain pan. The repairs were delayed because of the July 4th holiday, but I am very pleased with the professional manner the office staff and service technician worked to complete the project.

They were assigned to us through our home warranty company when our air-conditioning stopped working. They were professional, courteous and were able to fix the problem quickly.

Such nice people from office to installers. Very quick to respond, quote and install when others said they had no availability. And, the prices quoted and charged were better than 3 other quotes.

I have been a customer with Brown AC for sometime now. I had a whole new AC unit installed & Cole was the guy who came out. He did a great job. It was a pretty big job to where it started to get late, I just figured they would finish up the next day. Cole said no ma'am we will be here until the unit is completely installed. I was very impressed. He went as far as telling us that there were certain things that did not need replacing. I thought that was very honest of him. I'll always recommend the Brown AC CO. & make sure I tell them ask for Cole to come out.

Brown A/C is always great to deal with; they are professional, friendly, and accommodating. For this call, my A/C went out on Friday, after 5:00, but I was able to get in touch with someone immediately by t/c, and a technician was out the next day (Saturday). The communication was great, and I was notified early Sat. with a window of arrival. I rec'd text msgs w-status update. Brown A/C is who I use on my Galveston beach condo (unit went out in mid-summer, and I had a brand new unit within three days (the delay was because I had my outside unit coated to protect from salt air), and now, they have my service on my house in Santa Fe. Very affordable, and they can be trusted.
