Trevor at Thayer AC saved my vacation!! Our AC would not stay cool for our condo. He came at 10.45pm WITH A SMILE and complete professionalism. He was very thorough and explained what was going on. He fixed us up right.. and didn't just band aid it. He was a godsend for us in our HOT time of need. I will definitely keep him and Thayer in mind when I need ac work. He has definitely convinced me that Thayer is my go to ac company!! If they hire people like him, then I know we will always be in good hands when doing business with Thayer.. and Trevor. Thanks again for saving my vacay getaway.

My AC system went out and Thayer came right out, installed a new system and had my AC back up and running in 1 day. While AC was out they also provided us with a window unit to keep us comfortable at night. All Thayer techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They are a local company to New Braunfels and that's what I wanted. To keep my money local. Also the unit that was installed is made in America, that was also a big deal for me. Anyone needing repairs or whole system replacement, I highly recommend their services. Issac and the other tech were great. Will continue to use them for any issues in the future. Cant go wrong with these guys!!!!!

We came home from a trip at 8:45 at night to find that our condensate line was clogged and our house was a sticky 88. We called Thayer and spoke with Ashley who was incredibly professional and kind. She dispatched Louis who arrived at our house in a very timely manner, not only addressed and fixed our issue, but educated us to the proper maintenance steps we need to be taking to prevent this from happening again. The integrity shown by teaching us how to service and upkeep our own units was so refreshing. Louis was kind to us and our children and, by the time he left, the house was already down to 85. Thank you again, Louis!

Thayer was a wonderful change after having numerous issues with the builder’s installation company. Our technician, Chris, was on time and spent close to four hours checking and fixing everything. Chris never seemed rushed or like he was just there to get in and out. The ladies I spoke with over the phone were also very courteous. I signed up for their maintenance plan on their first visit as I plan on using them from here on.

Our heat went out during winter storm Uri. It was very cold in the house. Called them at their opening time according to their website and my call was answered quickly. I was told someone would be out soon. They were right! A repair man called me soon after and said he would be out. He showed up and assessed the issue, gave me a fair quote and then went to work. Heat works great now! Very fast, very friendly and very professional. I even signed up for their maintenance plan which is a real bargain and gives some piece of mind. Very nice job Thayer! We had Chris from Thayer Air Conditioning come and check our AC unit today. The moment Chris notified us that he was here, he immediately went to work. He explained to us step by step what he saw was wrong with our unit and provided us with different financial plans after. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and we really appreciated the wonderful service he provided us with today. We actually ended up getting a year insurance plan through them because we were so pleased with the service that not only Chris provided us with but also the whole Thayer Air Conditioning services. We HIGHLY recommend their services!!!

Our compressor unit fan froze this morning due the freezing weather conditions (2/11/21) and our heating system stopped working. I called Thayer for help. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. She committed to sending help by 4:30 but said she would try to get someone to our house earlier if at all possible. At 2:00 I received a call from Chris, the service technician, telling me he was on his way and would arrive in less than 10 minutes. Chris arrived and in a short time he discovered a problem with the defrosting mechanism. Chris was able to fix the problem and our heat was restored. The repair price was fair. We highly recommend this company and will use Thayer for all of our future AC and heating needs in the future.

Thank you Trevor for getting my son's A/C up and running on a late night Friday. Thayer provides on-call after hours service and do their best to get to emergency calls. They have always been responsive to my AC needs and the techs I've dealt with (Bobby and Trevor) do their best to make the best recommendations on service, price and value. I wish Thayer continued success and growth. They are an asset to the New Braunfels and surrounding communities they service.

The experience of getting a new hvac system installed for my mother went so well I would highly recommend Thayer AC to anyone. Chris Thayer was very professional when he came out to do the assessment and explained everything thoroughly and in layman's terms that we could understand. He came back with a reasonable quote within a couple of days and even connected us with a finance company with reasonable rates. The two technicians came out the following Monday and got right to work to replace the inside and outside systems. I was working from home in the same area where they were replacing the inside unit and not once was I bothered with the noise on any of my business calls. They were cordial, professional, and within a few hours everything was working perfectly and there was no sign (other than new units) that they had even been there. We were nervous about such a big investment and so many AC companies to choose from, but doing research on reviews helped immensely. We made the right choice and I wanted to contribute as well.
