Thayer Air Conditioning

Our downstairs unit stopped blowing cold air over night and the high was expected to be 100° today. I called a couple other companies and they weren’t able to get me on the schedule for 2 days or next week! Thayer was able to come out same day. The repairman was only here for 20 minutes or so and explained what needed repaired and explained what I was paying for. I’m pleased it was fixed quickly and am happy they offer a twice a year service to make sure my unit stays in good working condition. Good peace of mind with having 3 small children.

Both Fletcher and Jonathan were great. Both are very professional and had my heat pump working again very timely and at a reasonable rate. I will definitely use Thayer again in the future.

He identified multiple areas of concern and presented options at different price points for correction and to extend the life of units. As well as helping me install a new thermostat. I can’t express how happy I am that I called Thayer. I had a great deal of anxiety over picking the right company as I’ve had quite a few bad experiences with AC techs in the past. They came highly recommended on my Nextdoor app so I gave them a call. They were quick to come out, diagnose my problem and explain everything to where even I could understand. We’ve been entertaining the thought of upgrading so rather than repair, we decided to take the leap and upgrade. Thayer financing was easy and I have less than stellar credit. Two business days later I had my new system installed. Thayer went out of their way to make sure there was no delay in my install date which included having to pick parts up in two different cities. The installers were awesome. They got it done in one day. Everything is nice and neat and looks highly professional. Issac and Trey were professional and awesome with the install and addressed all of my concerns. Chris helped me through the whole process with picking the right unit for my needs and answered my million questions without getting frustrated. And a shout out to Lira for helping with my paperwork and her professional courteous attitude.

I can not speak highly enough of Thahyer! We had a walk in freezer issue. I called at 9 P.M. they sent out an young man ( Gunner) who was so polite and left a family function at the river to come see if there was anything he could do before morning. Unfortunately even with consulting the owner, Chris, it was best we held off until morning. The owner himself came in and over hauled not just the inside of our walk in freezer but got on the roof, and cleaned our entire unit! He was so patient in explaining everything each step of the way! We will continue supporting this incredible company both in our business and in our home.
