Thayer Air Conditioning

I used this company last year to move our air conditioner from the back of the house to the side of the house..
They did a great job. Recently they performed their annual AC check up. The technician Jonathan Walk through the whole system check up process With us. Is very knowledgeable Answered all of our questions

Mr. Moore arrived on time and had my A/C running again within 30 min. This was my first time using Thayer air conditioning and everyone I had contact with was courteous, knowledgeable, and did what they said they were going to do. Highly recommend and will hire then again if/when needed.

Called them at 8AM on a Saturday morning after a long night without AC. He promised to get to me same day. Was at my house by 1PM and had my AC running by 1:30PM!! Would recommend them a million times over!

Jonathin did an awesome job with our spring maintenance. He pointed out some items to repair now and some to repair sooner than later. Never pushy. I’m very happy with the service.

The team that came out was great and professional. We had a new system installed in May and my husband and I had no idea that it was done incorrectly as well as missing parts until we had our 6 month inspection which at that point the tech pointed out everything wrong or that was not done and he immediately called his supervisor as I did as well and a new team was out with in two days to do a complete reinstall and do what was not done! We truly appreciate Thayer Ac the install guys and the tech that came out for inspection were great!

Would highly recommend Thayer. Our A/C went out at 8pm at night. Thayer was able to come out and look at the system immediately. After they determined it couldn't be fixed that evening, they were able to bring us portable A/C units the next morning to keep us comfortable until a replacement A/C could be installed. They provided us multiple options and answered all of our questions to help us make the best decision for our budget and comfort. Team who installed was very professional and went above and beyond to make the install as easy for us as possible. They did fantastic clean up and showed us how everything worked. Would happily use this company again.

Service person was Jonathan P. Professional, courteous, well knowledgeable in his craft. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me understand how the AC unit works. Highly recommend this company.

We have been without AC for almost a month now melting in the hot TX heat! We moved into our home a little over a year ago, and have a home warranty which is supposed to cover the AC as well. The home warranty people have been giving us the runaround on the replacement of the unit claiming lack of maintenance. We called Thayer AC to come out for a second opinion. Within a couple of hours they sent their technician, Fletcher Moore. Fletcher was absolutely amazing! He was very patient with me, and explained everything he was seeing very thoroughly. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I would most definitely recommend Thayer AC for any of your AC needs!
