Ronnie was absolutely wonderful !! He came up with a solution to get the house cooled till we can do the main repair. He even offered windows units while we wait to get everything squared away ! Jason was also very very helpful , he put my call first in line due to having 4 children and the house being so hot !! I definitely recommend this company , they really care about thier customers .

Brandon is the best a/c technician I've come across since living in Texas. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy. I don't let many people into my home, but I trust Brandon to come in and do the job. He works with you and doesn't automatically go to the most expensive fix, he assesses what needs to be done rather than what he can do to make the most money. I can call Brandon any time of the day and he is always willing to help me out even if it means readjusting his schedule to fit mine. Brandon will always be my go to guy for anything future issues I may come across. Thank you Brandon & Keep up the great work!!

During the crazy summer and 104 degrees over the weekend, our AC stopped working. Within an hour Jason the technician was already on site. They kept me notified via text letting me know they were coming and who was my technician. Jason was extremely professional and did everything possible to fix it. Unfortunately it’s not a quick fix, but they will be back to change the unit. I called several companies before them, and they will either said they will come me back or wouldn’t have anybody to come check the AC until next week. I totally recommend them!

I tried two other HVAC Repair companies, but one had no one available, and the other was going to charge $120 for work after normal business hours. Thayer sent someone over in just over an hour. Brandon was very quick, polite, and professional.
