Brandon at Thayer A/C is the best service repairman I have ever had. He is thorough with his work. He found black mold in our air ducts and I am now headache free and breathing so much easier. He is kind, professional, and courteous. This is a great company and Brandon is a great tech!!!

Our AC abruptly stopped working in the middle of the night. When I called Monday Morning I expected to be told that I'd have to wait a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised that they sent a tech out within 30 minutes of my call. The tech Mark was fantastic, he quickly identified the issue, repaired onsite and stuck around for a bit to make sure the house started cooling again. I'd definitely recommend this company to my family & friends!

This company is outstanding in their customer service. My last experience was with Ronald Sutton. He trouble shot trying to find the problem. He was very transparent while working n explained in a manner where this 77 year old could understand. He even checked in with me the next day to verify all was good. I feel he went the extra mile for me. And I say that as I bask in my cool living room.

It was 8:20 pm when I decided our AC needed help - it wasn’t keeping up, and couldn’t get the house cooler than 82 degrees. I was surprised Thayer was open until 10:00 pm, though I figured it was just an answering service and we’d hopefully see them tomorrow. Nope - in short order, Brandon pulled up in the driveway, quickly diagnosed some coolant leaks, recharged the system, and was finished and leaving by 9:50! Ninety minutes after I made the call, and all this at night!
