Our trch (David i believe) was very nice, professional and detailed. He checked in and out with us and he was patient while waiting for us to get with him. He showef beforehand and after pictures of what he did . Explained thoroughly what ge did. He did a great job!

I would like to comment on the technician that came here today. Trevor was just great. Very knowledgeable. Explained any and everything I asked with enthusiasm and patience. He did a great job and represented your company with professionalism. He speaks very highly of your company and its commitment to customer service. In light of the issues we have had here, I must agree “Thayer air conditioning ” and your staff have been great to work with

My husband and I woke up at 6:30 am this morning to a burnt rubber smell and a dead thermostat. When I called Thayer, they had Luis out to us within an hour. He quickly identified the issue and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was informative and gave us a fair price. We joined the Preventive Maintenance service to avoid potential issues in the future; we will for sure be using Thayer for all of our future HVAC needs!

Fletcher was very professional and did a great job on the service maintenance. He answered any questions I had and explained everything he did on the system.

Came for a second opinion on our AC repair and got our AC working until tomorrow when the part can be fixed. Also provided us with options for repair (allowing us to decide if we wanted to flush all coolant or top off). Our repair man was very transparent, friendly and informative. We will be going with this company from now on!

My ac decided to stop working on Friday night at 830pm…. How convenient…. Within an hour, Theyer had a technician (Trevor) at my house starting a diagnostic. Trevor was very professional, polite and answered all the questions I had before we discussed repairs and repair costs. I’d say in about 30 minutes, repairs were complete and my AC is actually running better than it was before it decided to go out on me. After signing paperwork, trevor double checked everything and made sure it was still cooling properly before his departure. Very pleasant experience from Trevor and Theyer and am grateful for such a fast response on a Friday night.

Super friendly and professional company. Chris gave us a competitive price for new AC system, and Josh and James did a fantastic job on the install. All around great experience and I'm super thankful for how fast and smooth the whole process went. Will be recommending these guys. A+++

Office staff has been very nice every time I called and answered my questions without any problem. They were able to come out the same day which was hard to find. Our service technician, Josh, was super helpful and got our AC working the same day. He stayed until the job was done and then returned to install the new part with no issues. Now AC runs better then ever!
