Herbert and his associate quickly assessed my A/C problem. They changed my intake filter, measured pressure, and added more refrigerant to the exterior unit. Herbert even changed my battery in the ceiling-high smoke detector because it was beeping. This was a great service call!
This is the worst heating and air conditioning company I have ever dealt with. I am in real estate and have dealt with hundreds so it is saying a lot about how bad they are. They were supposed to arrive on Monday between 8 and 12. They called just before 12 and said it would be 4pm. They showed up after 7pm. They needed a tool the tech did not have so he said he would be back Tuesday at 4pm. They did not show up or even call. They now are screening my calls and not answering. The home warranty company said they would be out first thing Friday and would call me Thursday to confirm a time. They did not call and have not shown up. My wife and I have both missed 2 half days of work each waiting on them to do this 10 minute repair. Please don't use this company as it will just cause you frustration.

Spent a lot of money $$$ getting my 2 AC units repaired. First time I go to use them they are not working. Called to get them to come out and fix what they did wrong and was told it would be over a week before they can help me.
Believe me I understand it's hot and they are busy, but if they would have repaired it correctly the first time I wouldn't be making this poor rating! 2 AC units repaired on separate service calls, and neither unit is working.
That's just piss poor workmanship., and I'm getting a reputable company to fix it.
I share the same poor service experience that previous writers have shared. 6 years with first american home warranty. 1 day with Robert & Sons. Compressor claim denied from warranty due to dirty coils on AC from what this company wrote. Told i should clean every month during the summer. ROFL!!! If the come to your home on assignment from warranty company, refuse them. You've been warned. Warranty cancelled.
Had a great experience with Herbert from Robert and Sons who called ahead of time to give us an ETA, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and returned the SAME DAY with the parts and had us up and running. Herbert was a class act, very friendly and wore a mask and shoe covers. Highly recommended.
Herbert saved me from melting! I did not have to wait long for an appointment and from the moment he arrived I was at ease with his kind demeanor. He identified the issue quickly, helped me understand what was going on with my AC and determine the most affordable approach.
Tom just left our home after we got a HUGE quote from another HVAC company who wanted to repair/replace all our ductwork. Tom reassured us that that work was not necessary and he made some simple adjustments to our system that makes it work much more efficiently. THANK YOU Tom and Robert & Sons!!
My home warranty company had them come out and do service call. It was determined that it needed a coil. When I received the “non covered items” list the total was $1100. When we called and asked for them to provide explanation of extra items the owner called and reported to the warranty company they would not be doing my work. Obvious scam to get extra money on top of what the warranty company was willing to pay for the work. Do not use this company. Integrity is no where in their business model.
