My home warranty company had them come out and do service call. It was determined that it needed a a new coil but the tech stated he couldn’t do that without me paying $300 per unit to clean my air conditioning . Obvious scam to get extra money on top of what the warranty company was willing to pay for the work. Do not use this company. Integrity is no where in their business model. This is the worst service I have ever seen looked at my unit for 3 minutes, never went in my attic to check compressor. Very unprofessional and immediately started with what we needed to pay that was not covered hence the $300 per unit

Tom serviced my a.c unit and was very pleasant. He's very detailed when explaining things. He makes great suggestions regarding improving your system but doesn't attempt to sell you anything such as a salesman would like Milestone. I'm definitely going to be using them from now on for all my a.c/heating needs.

Our AC was not cooling properly and was leaking water. Hector cleaned the coils, and filter with cleaning solutions. They provided before and after pictures explaining the problem and how they solved it. We are happy with their service!

Called the office and made an immediate appointment to have my heating checked. Tom was sent to my house w/ in the hour and also called and gave me a 30 min window when he was going to arrive. He checked everything out and then also went that extra mile to explain what he actually did. I would Highly recommend using Robert and Sons for all your A/C and Heating needs. Great customer service.Thank you Robert!!!

I bought a new HVAC system from Sears, and Robert Sons A/C & Heating was the contract installer who drove all the way to the other side of Waco, Texas for the install.

They arrived on-time and were very well-organized. Robert explained what type of system we were getting (I already knew, but it was nice for the refresher) and after examining our residence structure and how it was all laid-out, he explained the work they would be doing.

Throughout the time they were here, Robert, Bobby, and the rest of the 4-man crew were nothing but courteous and polite. They disrupted the goings-on at our home as little as possible - if at all. They kept their work-areas clean and answered all of my questions.

At the end of the installation and after making a very thorough check and double-check of the system and how it affected and improved each room in the house, Robert and his men picked up EVERYTHING - inside and out - that was left from my old system and the packaging of the new one, they swept and vacuumed each work space and left my carpet cleaner than it was before in those areas.

I do not know who the other reviewers used - I cannot see that it was these guys. If I lived closer to Dallas, these would be my go-to AC guys.

Our technician Bobby was super friendly and professional. Worked around my schedule to get the repair done the same day I reported the heating issue. Highly recommend this company, and would also highly recommend requesting Bobby to do the repairs.

Was given a 4 hour window for when they would come out to fix my AC. 4 hours after the window closed this company didn’t show up and did not offer updates as to the whereabouts of the technician. Reading the other reviews and people said they were punctual, this was not my case. I called in to get updates and was given conflicting reasons by the same person who answers the phone. Not sure if service is different between a regular service call or a warranty service call but I do not recommend them.

I had dealings with 2 technicians, 2 installers and Robert himself. They listened to me and explained my options. Then they went on to do a great clean job. My new air handler is cooling my home more comfortably than ever before.

Herbert from Robert & Sons A/C & Heating, LLC arrived to repair my downstairs heating system. He was equipped with the appropriate 'Covid attire'. (Grade 10)- mask and shoe covers. Herbert was polite, informative to what the problem was, and had a backpack full of required tools of his trade (Grade 10) - Herbert did not need to retrieve anything from his truck. Herbert was extremely knowledgeable - he explained what the problem was and what he had do to fix the problem (Grade 10). While he was there he asked if I wanted the regular maintenance performed. (Grade 10) - I agreed to have both units (Furnaces) maintained - extra credit. Please call Robert & Sons A/C & Heating, LLC when in need and be sure to ask for Herbert - and see for yourself!!
