Somehow managed to "fix" my thermometer and my AC stopped working. I got the next available but it was a full day before they could get to me. Hector was within the time scheduled and was there for 15 minutes. He did an outstand job of quickly diagnosing and fixing my issue. Though just a simple blown fuse, it helped make the 100 Plus degree temps out side bearable. We had sweated out 84* inside with only our ceiling fans and very poor sleep. Hector saved our bacon from frying...And oh yeah...He has got the best hat I've seen on any service technician...Sharp, excellent....I want to have him next time I need help. Thanks Robert & Sons.

My home warranty company assigned Robert & Sons to look at my AC after the first company they assigned couldn’t fix the issue. I received a call the same day to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning! I’ve used home warranty for years and struggle to get appointments so quickly so this made an amazing first impression for me. Hector came out and was so nice and professional. He very quickly identified the issue and gave me a solution for repairs. I was in a hurry that morning but Hector didn’t miss a beat. He quickly worked out the estimate and gave me a fair quote. He had everything needed to fix the issue including the new drip pan and sensors for my unit. He was in and out so quickly and I have not seen a drop of water leaking since he left. I am truly one happy and relieved customer. Thank you Robert & Sons! Would definitely recommend.

Robert & Sons A/C & Heating is absolutely best in the business. From the moment I called, which happened to be on a Friday evening 6:30PM, and 104 degrees outside. I came home to find my 30 yr old AC unit had quit cooling and just blowing warm air. I called, and they had a Technician there within 45 mins.
The technicians name was Hector, and he was awesome, after he looked at the unit inside and outside, he pointed out what went out and knew the AC had to be replaced, which I already knew as well. Hector was super and worked out a great deal on a new unit. Now, the icing on the cake, he said they will be able to install the complete new system, and it'll be up and running on Sunday, I couldn't believe it, and that is exactly what they did.
They showed exactly when they said 9am sharp on Sunday.
Then the magic began, the crew Jose, Omar, Rueben, and Junior introduced themselves, explained what the plan was and started to work. These guys were a well oiled machine, and came up against a couple of obstacles that would have delayed others but they worked so well together they had the AC installed and working by 5:30 that day. They took all the boxes, trash and old units and left the place very clean in the attic, garage and outside.
Being in the construction service business for 40 yrs, you know when you have found a good business to work with and Robert & Sons is one of them, you will not be disappointed. I'll be recommending Robert & Sons to all our friends, and customers without any hesitation. Thank you!!!

They arrived within 30-40 minutes as promised. Did not charge for labor because all they had to do was replace capacitor/checked refrigerant level, took less than an hour! Only charged about $199. (Service fee and part- Goodman will reimburse me for the part too as part of my warranty with them). I was thrilled and our AC is SO cool now! 🙌🏽Goodman warranty dept. referred them to me. Great job!!!

Robert & Sons has given us quick appointments and good service each time our home warranty company has assigned them to us. Hector, the tech, arrived yesterday on time, he was able to identify and fix the problem. Great professional quality customer service.

As I write this review I am reminded of how important customer service and truth are. Sticking to the facts and not assumptions I can say that Robert and Son seemed to be a reputable company of honest individuals. I was wrong.

My technician was Hector. Hector came to my home after receiving notification from my home warranty company, regarding my A/C not functioning properly. My home has two units, upstairs and downstairs. Hector took one look at my downstairs condenser unit without checking and told me that due to the leak he was condemning. Never once did he come in and check the unit, nor did he check the temperature coming from the vents with the laser. I told Hector the downstairs until is not the issue, but the upstairs unit is. Hector did not listen. He focused on condemning the downstairs unit.

When I mentioned the upstairs unit, Hector told me that this unit was dirty and needed to be cleaned and he could clean for $300.00. He then tells me that I would NOT be able to purchase the chemical because it’s for licensed HVAC professionals. I asked the brand and he told me Viper. I pulled the same product up on Amazon and showed him. He smiled and asked if I wanted him to clean. I told him no thank you! I called and had another HVAC professional come out to clean and they pull out the same product, cost $100.00. One-third the price of Robert and Son.

It gets better, once cleaned I ask my warranty company to call Robert and Son back out. Hector comes back and tells me that I need refrigerant. My question, why didn’t you add this the first time? “Your unit was dirty!” Okay, Hector… I asked will the unit work now that refrigerant is added? Yes! 24-hours pass and my upstairs is still 83 degrees. I call home warranty back and ask that Robert and Son come back out. Hector calls me the morning of my appointment and advise that I’ll have to pay another $85.00, I advise him to check his paperwork, as this is a continuation of a service not solutioned. He tells me that the unit is NOT going to operate that way that I want it to. As this point I am totally confused. I pay for a service and have gone back and forth, paying for service deductibles, only to be told that my system is not going to work the way it’s expected to. So, my thought is “why not condemn it, like you did the downstairs u it that is working?”

Nevertheless, I call Robert and Son and ask that Robert call me. The young lady answering the call tries to rush me off the line and I tell her “do not rush me off the line!” I call home warranty back and advise them of my displeasure. Something tells me to ask home warranty to call Robert and Son for their status. Home warranty asks me if I was rude to the young lady and advised that Robert and Son would no longer service my home due to my rudeness. Let’s be clear, home warranty asked for a detail of findings for all of the visits and protocol of how Hector determined his diagnostic. Robert and Son no longer wants to service my home because they did not properly diagnose my units and now that home warranty is questioning this coincidentally they no longer want to service…

Sad thing is home warranty sent another vendor, same day, and their diagnosis is the following: old unit that is not producing the way homeowner expects, forcing the lower unit to work harder that expected, while upstairs unit is not working. This forces the heat to stay trapped upstairs, as heat rises. Recommendation is to replace upstairs unit with an upgrade credit issued courtesy of the home warranty.

Now couple questions: I thought the downstairs unit was condemned? Why is it working hard to cool the entire house, if condemned?

Why didn’t Robert and Son advise of the upgrade credit? Seems like they were content with continuing to put bandaids on the real condemned unit.

Now, everything is say here is a fact, no assumption. If you choose to do business with Robert and Son, ask questions! Confirm your understanding and pray that they relay the same information to your home warranty. Hold them accountable! Never again!

We called our warranty company and they referred to Robert and sons. Hector represented the company. He was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the challenge quick and took care of the problem. He cleaned up the place after the work was done. He was very courteous.
Overall very satisfied with the job that was performed by Robert and sons and would recommend their service.

The service had been arranged by our home warranty company. We received the call from Robert & Sons that same day and the appointment was set for the following day. Very fast. Hector, the technician, called when he was on his way and after explaining the situation we have had with this unit for a while now, he was very eager to look for the problem. Very nice and knowledgeable, looked the system thoroughly to find the problem. I just hope that what he´s done, it has solved the problem we have had until now. Very professional person and very willing to help the customer. Would really recommend this company.

I had used my home warranty company to call in an issue with my AC unit. The soonest I could get services was 48 hours from the time I called my warranty company, that was fine...I could wait, I understood.
Well, I got a call early from Robert and Sons saying they could fit me in today (score.)
The gentleman that showed up was named Herbert, he was AMAZING, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind.
Herbert fixed my issue and was very pleasant the entire time.
If you have an issue with your AC you would be doing yourself a favor to give these guys a call.
