The men worked hard in attic for two hours 5 to 7 pm when it was super hot (104 outside). The job of installing a new evaporator coil was perfectly completed and we are appreciative of their overtime effort at a fair price!

First Off I'm not a big reveiws guy. But I got give hector a shout out he is clutch. The first company that looked at Sent 4 different guys could not fix Hector showed up and fixed what they messed up in like 40 min. As of right now this company are number one and today hector called checked on his work I respect that. That total respect. Hector you are clutch and thank you for fixing it.so ac start messing up and call them and now they won't stand behind their work and said we don't do work for home warrant no more and she just hung up.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They lied to me and my home warranty company. I pay my home warranty company 90.00 a month and never had an issue with a company lying on me and my family. They stated I somehow had a technician from another company come out and messed up the coils. Which is a total lie Shame on your technician and your company. My Home insurance company approved the fix for them to come back later stated. They didnt want to do the job because it didnt pay them the 5000 dollars they said it would take to fix unit. The total was half the cost. Dont lie if you didnt want the job.Everytime I call Robert and Son they keep lying stating they didnt say that and the home insurance company called them while I'm on the phone a they lied again saying I told them I had another tech out which is almost insane. I will file BBB complaint know and also If I have to pay for this they will pay. Hope this help someone not use this terrible AC company

My heater was not working properly and the weather was freezing. The technician Herbert arrived on time. He was very professional and explained everything with great detail. He was awesome and finished working on my unit in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend this companies services and if I every need work done on my unit I will most definitely request that they send Herbert.

I was needing a whole new System, I found this company on Google and liked the reviews and decided to give them a try, they were very professional and helpful. Showed up the day they said they would and finished the job in a day. I'm happy with my new A/C system, my house is nice and cool! I highly recommend them for your A/C & heating needs.

Fixed in 15 minutes with 7 tools! This company is wonderful! I called my home warranty at 11pm last night because my air conditioner stopped working and I had two missed calls from them at 7am to schedule an appointment the very next morning. When I called back at 8am the secretary stated someone could come between 2 and 6 the same day! The technician then called at 9:30am to state he was already in my area and asked if he could come early. Of course I said! Hector was prompt and most importantly funny, extremely kind, and courteous as he explained the technical aspects of my transformer blowing out. He then even helped to properly schedule my thermostat. Hector and Roberts and Sons exemplify what good customer service is and should always be! I don’t want to have a problem were I have to use them again but if I do, You better believe I know I’m in good hands!

Sadly, our experience with Robert and Sons was not positive. While their employees are very friendly and punctual, they ultimately fell into the same trap that many repair shops get a bad rap for. And that is, they quoted us unnecessary repairs at a ridiculous cost.

Our first experience with them was about 3-4 weeks ago when our A/C went out. At that time they found a wire that needed to be replaced. The repair was quick and effective. Then about a week ago, our A/C went out again. So they came back out and discovered that there was a leak. So the technician informed us that the coil needed to be replaced.

Once we connected with our warranty company a few days later, we found out that there was an additional $1200 needed for repairs, that were not covered by our warranty. I received an itemized list for the additional work. In receiving a second opinion, NONE of the additional work was needed. In addition to that, it turned out the coil was fine. The second A/C company simply turned on the furnace and A/C and ran some diagnostics. They quickly discovered that the system was running fine. ZERO issues were found.

What was certainly going to cost the warranty company a few hundred dollars, and us $1200, turned into a $100 service fee for the second repair service.

It’s unfortunate that companies like these attempt to take advantage of homeowners during urgent times. Naturally, with the heat of the Texas summer, customers are at their mercy to have repairs completed ASAP. I assume they attempt to capitalize on the urgency. Lucky for us, we were patient enough to have the second opinion.
