I cannot say enough about Robert and Son's A/C. I've had several A/C companies here about my front rooms not cooling only to be told nothing was wrong not only did Robert And Son's find the problem and fix it they were very professional & honest about what needed to be done.Now my front rooms are cooling great..Thank you again I will highly recommend Robert And Sons A/C to anyone that needs A/C Work done!

Great experience! Tom showed up within the scheduled time and fixed a potentially dangerous situation caused by the incompetence of Nortstar Mechanical. Tom was very efficient, friendly and explained everything he had done.
I would highly recommend them!

Great Guys!! Very friendly and quickly fixed my A/C - That ive been without for over a week - SUCKS!! but these guys got it fixed, and back to ICE COLD within about 2hrs. Highly Recommend!! previous guy suggested i just replace the unit - BS!! These guys got me up & running for about $50

Herbert and his assistant were focused, professional and surprisingly quick... quicker than I've seen with any other home repair. They knew exactly what the problem was and addressed it with little turn around time.

Hector notified me on his arrival time and was very punctual. After inspecting my unit informed me and showed all issues with the unit and found ways for me to have all repairs done without hurting my budget

the company came out through First American Home Buyer Warranty and I were great about a month ago. We had some lines that needed to be blown up due to a clogged in the lines, overflow was dripping outside. and when the technician came out he "Blew them out" so he said. I never saw debris like before you when other companies have out to do that before when my lines were clogged but I trusted him. Two days later the AC unit seized up and we were without air-conditioner for a couple of days in the Texas 90° heat...whatever I understand having to wait etc. here we are a month later the over flow never stopped dripping. The tech told me that it would dry up and stop dripping so I just kept watching it every day. Well now it's dripping in two overflow spots. I called FAHBW had to wrestle with them to even get the same people out. Then when Dora called she said it would be wed aug 1st before someone could come out. That's three business days. I told her we needed to see about rushing this Bc it's an out standing problem that was never resolved. She got so ugly with me and said we were not her only customer and that we had a choice to call other companies. Really? That's the way you want to do business?

They did a great job on my ac unit. They where the first ones to really fix the issue and save me time and money! Thank you guys so much. Great and prompt customer service. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Hector came and did a great job. He checked my A/C units and did maintainces on them. I will definetly call them again for any other issues I have.

Was VERY pleased with their service today. They arrived slightly before my scheduled window (LOVE) and the tech was able to immediately identify and fix the problem! Amazing service and will for sure use them again in the future! Thank you!
