The technicians did a very good job. The only issue I had was when I called to make the appt I told the lady we had two units. I was told there was a service charge, but not that the service charge is per unit.
It was a Saturday, in the middle of July, during a Texas heat wave. We called 3-4 companies and Taylormade was the only one who was concerned about our family, asked detailed questions about the issue and committed to a same day appointment. They were in constant communication. Our technician, Jorge, was extremely professional. He was honest and never tried to charge us for something not really needed. In the past 5 years they are the 3rd company to service our AC and the only one who didn’t spend half their time trying to sell us a whole new unit. Their rates are reasonable as well. I’ll never use anyone else again and when it’s time to replace our AC they will be the ones doing it. Funny how that works. Thank you so much Jorge and Taylormade!
We have bought 3 AC Units from them. Our main downstairs unit was purchased a little over 4 years ago and has had non stop issues. It wouldn’t be a big deal but we are charged a service fee almost every time they come out and have bills ranging from $300-$2000 on many occasions. Their warranty is pointless. I would go with a company who offers better customer service.
Technician Josh E. Has been coming out to our home for nearly a couple of years now and had never been anything less than superb. Always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I love how communicative their office is and always keep me in the know with what's going on. Definitely recommend!
So the panel that was initially installed started glitching, I called, they said it was a known problem with these. They came out, replaced it but did not tell how to update the app so I can connect using nexia. When the first cold spell hit the heater did not come on, I called, they came out said nothing was wrong and charged me $100 to do nothing and it is still not working...very, very disappointed with their service. Look at these pics and tell me how there's nothing wrong and it's working as it should, then charge me another $100 for doing nothing.
