Just had my AC units looked at they didn't seem to be cooling like I thought they should Juan came out and really was nice and knowledgeable and explain things to me but it is really hot so they're doing the best they can as far as my unit is running

This company is a total ripoff. They made us sign a page to check for a leak in our attic and spent a very short time there and said we needed a whole new system trying to sell us an over $16000 system and when we did buy changed us over $650 to do the check. I will NEVER use this company ever again.

The technician, Juan Rocha was very thorough with his testing of units health, and professionally reviewed the results of the testing. He was also very respectful of our home as he put shoe covers on every time before entering the house.

He took the time to go through all the checks with me and provide whether the output was good, readings were within ranges, and adviced of any concerns. Showed photos of all the readings. All around, he was thorough, professional, and communicative.

Was expecting the service call charge to credit against the repair. Instead, no. Seems like this service is getting very expensive. May shop around next time

Josh has been my technician on several of my maintenances. He is very thorough and very personable. I have never had him push for an upsell. He lets me know what he found and gives me recommendations. Taylor made is a very honest company from all interactions that I have had. Very refreshing after some of my past experiences with other companies.
