Bruce was very professional. He took his time to explain everything in detail before he did it and made sure to ask if I had any questions. He explained the issue as well. He did a great job!

The technician, Juan, was fantastic. Great guy, happy to answer all my questions, educated me about things along the way, did a fantastic job while at my house, etc. He explained all the tests he ran, the “optimal” readings he was looking for, and how my system fell in the ranges. Showed me things in person and also showed photos for things I didn’t see personally. Went above and beyond to clean the grates for our return vents inside too! Great experience overall. Very happy with the service.

Josh is our preferred and usual serviceman. Frankly, he is the reason we still use TaylorMade Air. As usual, he took care of our heating/air problems and took the time to listen to our other concerns. We had two new units installed last summer and we are still having some troubles getting everything to work properly. Josh has a great way of thinking outside the box and came up with some possible solutions for these issues. We are now back up and running!

On their service plan, quality company (no issue on a repair during an ice storm). Josh was excellent as usual, he has been servicing my house for a couple of years!

Of course it was the night before Thanksgiving and I figured out my heater was not working. We called and they gave us a time window of 2 hours, they were there on time just as they said! Ryan did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem and fixing the issue. He also took the time to explain everything to me so that I felt comfortable with the issue. Ryan is definitely a keeper! We have used TaylorMade to service our units at multiple homes. If your priority is quality work, preservation of your AC unit investment, and friendly knowledgeable technicians, this is the best company for your money. Others may be cheaper, but you sacrifice quality of work, great customer service and best technical expertise by not using TaylorMade.

We had our system maintenance check done by Airman Austin and not only was he responsive and on time but also made everything very simple for us to understand. He was honest and easy to talk to and by the end of the service we felt confident that all of our questions and issues were addressed.

These guys do great work. Ryan, the technician, was punctual, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it to my satisfaction. I heartily recommend Ryan and Taylormade anytime.
