Channing did an excellent job diagnosing the issues we’ve been having with our A/C unit. We’ll definitely be using Bradbury Brothers and hopefully Channing in the future.

The Technicians, office and scheduling staff are always highly professional, skilled, helpful, and kind. We have had only great experiences w/ BB and we have used them for years. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Coltin did an excellent job of explaining what was going on with our system. He took his time, answered questions twice, once for me, and once for my wife. Took care to keep things clean and cleaned up after himself. Overall a very positive impression.

JJ and Caulen were wonderful! They added lights in 2 rooms, took down lights in another and wired our patio for a ceiling fan. They carefully explained everything, were very professional and polite, and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Love Bradbury Brothers!

Matthew Free came & fine tuned my system & checked the installation of my system. He was great. He was very knowledgeable & worked meticulously through any kinks in the system. He talked to me about things I liked & things that could be improved. He was able to create a part to make a part so it was easier to remove the covering to change the filters. He was a pleasure to work with.

Matthew Guerrero completed the removal & installation of my new HVAC system. He was very professional, nice, & efficient in getting the work done quickly with as little inconvenience to my household. They put down floor protectors & vacuumed any dust created during the removal & installation. I was really impressed.

Darrell Betts did a great in determining the best options to replace my system & explained them to make sure I was able to make the best decision. Thank you for your time & knowledge.

Service was great. Quinton was very knowledgeable, professional, & helpful. He thoroughly check the system. Took pictures, wrote everything up & went through all that needed to be done, could be done, or would possibly need done soon. He went over everything in detail & let me make an informed decision on the next step. Everything was working great when he left. Wonderful job.

David and Mark did maintenance service on the heating system on 2/16/23. Made needed repairs and system was checked out. David has been our serviceman for a while (thankfully). Mark is in training (first time to see him) both guys are extremely polite, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Very happy with the service we get from David.

Mr. Jim came and did an electrical inspection. We are waiting for the estimate of repairs and added work we requested. He was very professional and personable. He tried to make friends with our cat.

Devin came and did the requested inspection. He explained everything, answered questions and helped set up next phase. He is profession and kind. Highly recommend him.

Horrible customer service! I called in for an estimate to replace my hot water heater that went out. I am out of state currently and they refused to give me an estimate without meeting with me. How ridiculous!! The first I have ran into this and last time to call on this company.
