As usual, Bradbury Brothers did a great job. Coltin was professional and found that a door had fallen open which cut the power to our a/c...a quick fix. We've been customers for 10 years and have been happy with BB the entire time.

Had a great experience with Devin. He inspected all the home plumbing and gave great suggestions on maintenance ideas while flushing out the hot water tank. Very courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!

We had Marc over for some AC servicing. He was professional and thorough and did a great job explaining his observations and suggestions. Great experience overall.

Austin, the repair tech, was fantastic. He repaired the on/off valve at the sprinkler system back flow preventer. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Also advised of other annual maintenance services concerning water softener and tankless water heater. Will use Bradbury for all plumbing needs.

Technician was awesome. However, sales people are very rude. It cost me $200+ for an estimate. They told me I care more about cost than quality and they slammed my front door when they left. Wow! They cost 3x the other price I was quoted AND took my evaluation fee. I was stupid to call these people. BEWARE. I feel ripped off.

Tre and John-Henry were absolutely wonderful! Their communication and professionalism were on point. They came and fixed the issue that we were having with our AC. While doing so, they checked over our whole system, and did give us a few suggestions for some other things to add and/or repair. But I didn’t feel like they were pressuring me to do all the things, and I felt as though they were being honest and fair with us. Would totally call them again in the future, if need be!

Contracted this company to check out my A/C unit since there was water in the retention pan and leaking had occurred. The phone call to request the service was excellent, quick and efficient, however, it took them 2 days to come out, which made me anxious as I didnt know what was going on with my system and whether I could wait that long. I think if they would have reassured me of the criticalness of my situation and be more informed it would have made a difference. The technician was professional and the install and drainage was completed nicely. Another suggestion is to give an approximate time of arrival for the technician the day of the appointment.

I had a great experience with this company. My technician, Juan, came to fix my a/c on a Sunday. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to replace the part and check my system in no time at all. Prices were fair, especially for coming out on a weekend. Will use them again in the future.

I was really impressed with the service provided by Allen Tirado during the review and troubleshooting of our AC system. He was able to diagnose and repair a problem which other technicians from another company could not find. He also identified a few other issues which needed attention. He was very thorough, took time to explain the issues and provide a plan for fixing the issues.
