I signed up for the VIP program and it has been great! All of the service people have been excellent and extremely competent. Austin just took care of a few things at my house and he was amazing! Immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed in a few minutes. Thank you so much for always getting the job done right!

Dispatch was super responsive and they helped me out on a Saturday with same day service. Rigo was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything that he was doing. He did a phenomenal job in getting my ac back to working again. Really can't thank him enough for coming in at a late hour to make sure my upstairs unit was working for my toddler to sleep comfortably.

Shane did an excellent job of communicating with me everything that I needed to know about my AC system. He fixed the issue and made me aware of other issues that I will need to address soon. I am now a Bradbury customer, thanks to Shane.

The Bradbury Brothers company was an excellent experience. Cullen was here to install the outlet for the tankless water heater and was done in less than an hour. He also installed my Ring doorbell and provided a quote for two other jobs. He was professional and he laughed at all of my jokes. Please call Bradbury Brothers if you have any electrical projects.

Jorge and his team installed the new tankless water heater and we’re done in a couple of hours. They were courteous and professional. The house was as clean as it was when they arrived. Excellent work.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Was hearing occasional knocking sound in water pipe and they flushed the lines which seems to have solved the problem. Bradbury has an excellent program that reduces service fees and repair costs for electrical and plumbing which I took advantage of. Highly recommend Bradbury Brothers! Thank you!

Our tech David campos jr was awesome. I called them around 9p the night before and I made Bradbury aware of my time constraints. They were very accommodating and quick with the repair. David was very upfront about pricing and was extremely easy to work with. I would be happy to recommend their services anytime, we will be repeat customers in the future.

Calab did a very great job in getting my plumbing issue resolved. He was very polite and through. He answered all my questions and was able to troubleshoot the issue right away.
