Bryan and Zach were extremely helpful!!! Realized there was a water leak at 4pm and they came the same day to fix it and were there past 8PM, then found out at the end that it was his birthday and he was worked 15hrs that day, but still had a great attitude. Went above and beyond. Also great with my dogs that bark a lot.

Jason Meekins was our plumbing service specialist and he was great! Our single lever shower handle began giving us issues to the point that my husband and I would turn it round and round (kept slipping and dripping) to get the water off and on and dealt with the fear of one day not being able to turn it off at all unless we took the handle completely off whereas it would still drip and unfortunately we didn’t have the right tools nor couldn’t get our 20+ year old cartridge out due to build up over the years and Jason came in, listened to our concerns, etc and got it all fixed up! Super thankful for his patience, troubleshooting and work to get it up and running for us!

Sam was more help than we anticipated. He checked every component of our air handler and got to the bottom of our cooling issues. He was professional, courteous and on time. I’d recommend his services to anyone.

This was my first experience with Bradbury Brothers. James Walker was dispatched to my home to inspect my hot water heater (attic) after a tree fell on my home during a thunderstorm. James was courteous, professional, and clearly explained all options for repairs/replacement. I appreciate how quickly Bradbury Brothers responded to my call during a stressful time. Thank you!

They were able to help us out on a Saturday evening on a very late notice. Jacob, the tech, was very professional and had the problem identified immediately, and had our AC up and running in less than 30 minutes. Our experience was so great that we want to use them more in future so we decided to sign up for their membership.

Our technician, Caleb, showed up on time and was extremely professional. I was impressed that he took the time to analyze the problem(s) with our system, and was more than willing to show me firsthand outside on our compressor exactly what the problem was.

After 30 yrs in the same home, Caleb finally inspected and Fully explained why our AC has, a drip. Am amazing Company, saved us Money too. I was so impressed, I made an appointment to have All inside ducts replaced.

A day after having both ac units completely replaced, I had my electric panel upgraded due to some wear over time. Ryan was just great!! Shared pics of what the panel looked like before and what it looked like after. He explained what needed to be worked on and why. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Bradbury Brothers takes customer satisfaction to the next level. If another company ever needs a mentor on how to achieve customer satisfaction, then they need to research this company. I'm extremely satisfied!!
