Excellent experience with Weiss! My upstairs ac unit stopped working. Weiss was able to schedule me for same day service, which was a blessing in this extreme heat. Greg was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He quickly replaced the part and got my system up and running again. I will definitely use Weiss in the future!

Our one and only AC unit was not working. Technician Craft showed up right at 8am today (Sunday) and went straight to work diagnosing the Issue. He determined it was a bad motor and gave me a couple options. He made a quick phone call and said his fellow technician Steve was on his way with the needed replacement motor. Craft started dismantling the unit and shortly Steve arrived they both went to work installing the new motor. They quickly had my AC unit working again. Both Craft and Steve were very courteous and explained everything. They were very honest and did not try to upsell or take advantage. They only focused on fixing the issue and getting my house to cool. The price was very reasonable and especially for coming out on a Sunday! Much appreciated! I will definitely be using Weiss Air Conditioning and Heating from now on!

They took care of an emergency inspection and proposal in record time during a very busy time due to the record temperatures.

Right after that, we scheduled the new system installation. We went for emergency mode on a Friday afternoon at 4pm, to happy tenants on a Saturday early evening.

I've contracted Weiss for multiple jobs over the last three years:
- yearly maintenance
- install of a mini-split AC unit
- repair of ducting and installation of multiple air scrubbers.
In every instance, Weiss did an excellent job in delivering exceptional value. From the front office, scheduling and invoicing, to their teams being on-time, professional and excellent at communicating what challenges or issues they find, Weiss continues to deliver and we will continue to use them for many years to come.

Ken, our technician did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and provided a high level of service. Upon departure, he also made sure the workspace was clean and returned to its original condition.

After buying our house, we tried to get our AC balanced by the installer as part of warranty but they failed to make any difference and then tried to charge us. We turned to weiss to help us. They came out next day, found some tuning they could do and gave some better advice on how to manage temperature in our house. Great friendly service at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

I needed service quick due to the fact that my home was for sale and we needed a minor system check. Weiss was amazing. Literally, they had a person at my house in less than 24 hours in May. The repair was made and then, due to it being for sale, I needed a statement which verified particular items were function properly based on the professional diagnostic evaluation of both equipment and skill of the repairman. This was provided without question. I would definitely recommend this company for their skill, professionalism, reliability, and focus on detail.

Excellent, very professional, on time, courteous. The first time they came to my house, I couldn't give them a review because I have forgotten my Gmail acct. Weiss did a great job then as they have done everywhere else. My neighbor recommended Weiss and they have truly done a great job.
