Updating review. We had service done on our AC units, went out of town and returned home to a flooded house from one of the units running off into a sink that never had a clog before. We just moved into our new home in march and have to demo a large portion of the home now (with two kids, one being 8months old).

Austin was professional, meticulous, without rushing the job. Work completed was clean and prepared for ease of future maintenance. Pricing wasn’t cheap, yet quality of work and materials matched the price of the job. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a job completed correctly the first time with the security of having a lasting repair!

Multiple on spot repairs, parts and materials not on hand were delivered to site and installed same day. Repair areas were cleaned beyond expectations.

Jason was great! He had amazing customer service skills. Although we figured out right away, when I started explaining the issues with my AC, that he is a plumber & I was mistakenly sent a wrong tech. He was still super helpful and friendly. He was able to check my AC attic insulation vents for tears and leaks, and even after knowing that my AC issues couldn’t be addressed in this visit, he stayed and discussed future items that the company could offer- installing a new hot water heater when needed, replacing/installing updated water softener systems, and the service plans that Bradbury has to offer.

Jason was super knowledgeable, and if I ever need a plumber in the future, I would happily reach out to him! However, I needed an AC tech … and customer service told me that I would need to pay an addition fee to have the misunderstanding fixed :(

We were scheduled for routine service, but some weather came through. Bradbury was very busy so asked us to reschedule the inspection. No problem for us. The technician showed up, introduced himself and gave us a quick summary of what he would do. I'm a nosey guy so pumped him with questions which he answered graciously. The work was done swiftly and professionally. He made some suggestions during the course of the inspection, giving me time to research whether I thought they were needed. Very professional - even to our dog.

I received excellent service from technician Louis Martinez. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and he explained everything in detail and offered solutions to correct the problems. He answered all of my questions and provided great customer service. I highly recommend Bradbury Brothers.

Allan Tirado was very respectful of my home, informative, and communicated with my wife and I through the entire process. I have yet to meet a single person who works for Bradbury Brothers who is not professional. I recently had the pleasure of using Bradbury Brothers service for a pool piping repair and general service to my water filtration system, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and efficient. Jason did a Fantastic Job!

Five stars from us! They are trustworthy, prompt, reliable, fast/efficient & HONEST! I love how they send you a text w the technician’s photo, name & such. They also call 30 min. before arriving. So friendly & polite techs. So glad we found them.

Great on time and clear communication. No pressure approach with recommended services and products. Very informative as well. Went above with removing a dormant wasp nest that was in a ceiling outlet on the patio. Also gave great recommendations as food for thought on how to improve even just the look of an outdoor set up for our TV.

Second BB guy to come today. This time for a/c routine maintenance. Again, great dude. Super nice, professional, great eye for detail and has a real knack for explaining things. Found a thing or 2, and was taken care of promptly. He also explained just how involved BB is with military and/or veterans. Kudos to both Shane and BB.
