We have used Backslee A/C a few times now. They are always friendly and professional from the first call to the service done. They always return your call in a timely manner if you have to leave a message.
The service techs never try to sell you anything you don't need and never overcharge for services done. They always show up on time too!

We referred them to a friend recently because his a/c company wasn't returning his call. He told us it was the most professional a/c service he has ever had! We simply said, "told you"!!

We have gone through other AC companies in the woodlands and by far Backslee is the best, honest, professional and truly has great customer service. Never tries to overcharge you for things you do not need. We are happy our realtor recommended them!

Simply the best. BacksLee Team has worked with us on several items: new AC, heating system repair, minor trouble shooting of the heating system. This team is amazing - professional, on time, very courteous. They came by at the exact time they said they would be here, they blew out the drainage lines, and that solved the problem. I highly recommend this company to anybody as they have serviced us many times previously, and they have always been honest and trustworthy.

Backslee Air Conditioning is a great company. The people are absolutely amazing. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have used this company several times for various AC/ heat problems and every time they come out they fix the problem. Prior to finding them I had used several other companies and half of the time they wouldn’t know what was wrong or how to fix it. I will never use another company. I 10/10 recommend Backslee!
