Keith came out to see what the problem with our A/C was and was extremely friendly, polite, and courteous; not to mention the fact that he has about 28 years of experience under his belt. He found the solution to the problem and was able to come out a second time when I was able to pay for the repairs. He showed me their different levels of repair, what all is included, and how much it cost. I chose the bronze level and he still went above and beyond and did a few extra repairs. I felt like I could trust Keith to take care of me and my family. The remainder of our summer was nice and cool. Great job, Hart Heating and A/C!

Brett was amazing and extremely helpful in getting our ac unit fixed...he did everything in his power to fix it and he did. We are so very grateful to have our ac back. He's the best that we have worked with, most guys come in and fix what they think might be wrong but Brett fixed what he knew was wrong. Again thank you guys so much

I used Yelp to find Hart Heating & AC and it was rated the highest and I decided to call them. From the first phone call with the receptionist I knew I had mad the right call. The technician called me back and was very honest and upfront with me which I really appreciate. The rate that was given to me was reasonable and they also gave me a military discount which I also really appreciated. Overall I would use them again in the future and will recommend Hart Heating & AC to all my friends and family that reside in the greater Lubbock area.

We have been using Hart Heating and AC for about 7 years now for every kind of repair from thermostats, maintenance, new units, and other specialty repairs with all of our home and business units. Their level of honesty and quality is the best and is the reason why we always call them with our heating/AC issues and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So, this review requires a story. Lost a loved one after a shockingly sudden, way too brief battle with pancreatic cancer, left town afterward to hide or escape or whatever we do to defeat grief, and came home (though it was the last place I wanted to be--so empty and quiet) . . . only to find my AC was dead. First company swore it would take 10 days to fix! In August! In West Texas! Hart Heating & A/C got the job done the next day, and it cost exactly what we agreed it would cost. The most hard-working, polite, honest team of professionals I've ever encountered. I will never use anyone else for my heating and A/C needs. They are wonderful! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Called Hart at 6:50 a.m. on Monday morning. Didn't realize it was that early, but there was someone ready to answer the phone! They called back later to confirm and by 5:00 p.m. my air conditioner was working perfectly! Delbert and crew were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to take care of things. Highly recommend!

Do not go anywhere else. The owner came out same day i called, quoted me at my house with a fair and easy to understand option, and had it installed the same day. These guys were half price the company i was directed and wish i hadnt have wasted the time. Seriously, these guys are the bests.

The first review was me being nice, but future customers should know what really happened. I really don't want to get tech in truble, but I believe people should know.

On 4/22/19 we had Hart Heating & A/C come out to fix a Central air system. The technician first hooked up the fan wire backwards then started unit and it was very loud. Then he said the compressor was bad and said I will show you prices for a new system. But I said that's not right, and he said you are right, so he fixed the fan wire.(I will give him that he fixed the issue he made, but that shouldn't have happened. Then he added a 5-2-1 Compressor Saver. But he then forgot to hook up the C wire to it and it made a spark and flipped the breaker. I asked him if that casued any damages he said no, but I don't believe that. I really don't want to be a ******** customer, but you are a license technician. You should know when wires are backwards and not hooked up together 😡. I really hope he wasn't trying scamme us into buying a new system because that's a low blow to do that to someone especially in West Texas where everyone is nice, warm, hardworking, and honest people.
