Everyone was absolutely wonderful from the first phone call - which I want to add was made in less than 24 hours after I sent an email to request service! I love and appreciate they way this team worked around my schedule and still took care of my AC needs the same day! Delbert was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions! The quality of service was great from start to finish! Price of service was very reasonable! Hart Heating and A/C has gained a customer for life!

The Hart team made it out on the day we called them to check out our AC that quit working. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with what needed to be to fixed on our unit without trying to sell us things we didn't need. They were done with their work in less than an hour and our house already feels MUCH cooler!! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for someone to get the job done right!

We would like to thank you from the bottom of our heart for doing such an amazing job with our AC unit. We had loss hope after calling 3 different companies just to be lied to and taken advantage off. Thanks to Brentt Hart for being patient enough with us and for explaining thoroughly what the problem was. He gave us options instead of just try to sell us a new unit like the other companies did. I had never used Hart Heating & A/C before, but I am glad I called them. I was absolutely amazed how quickly they got to my home and how polite and professional the service was. I will definitely call them again. Although, I do not recall the technicians name, but I found him to be very nice and respectful. Great job!

The customer service is exceptional, their work has always been quality work, and he gives me different options to solve my heating and air conditioning problems to fit my budget. I have had these guys out to the house twice. The first time was just to get a price on replacing the whole unit. Not only did he give me the estimate but he got the unit working again and didn't charge me a thing. Had to call him out a second time recently to fix an unrelated problem, and again he fixed it this time at a reasonable price. Every other company I called just told me my unit is old and needed to be replaced. These guys are knowledgeable and professional and have my business for life!!

A/C went out around 1 in the morning. Went online and filled out their Schedule an Appointment form. Quick and easy. Called at 08:00 to confirm and receptionist was professional. Explained that they were very busy and may not be able to get to me till late in the day, if at all, but more likely would be the next morning. Got a call later in the morning and tech was going to be able to make it out around 13:00! Upon arriving Brett was very professional. Found what was wrong within 30 to 45 mins. after fully evaluating both the A/C and furnace in the attic. After stating what was wrong, i was given a list of options that ranged from a band-aid fix (least costly) to max deal that included a 1 year free return to ensure unit was still working. I liked having the options (4 of them) to decide whether I could afford the max or if all I could afford was the least. I chose middle of the road. Brett completed the work in about an hour, cleaned out the A/C area of debris. Quick, clean and professional. Would highly recommend this company for A/C repairs and plan to do business with them for annual maintenance checks for summer and winter. Outstanding!

Absolutely phenomenal company! Brett was awesome. He got out here quick and got our air conditioning running in peak condition. Very reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their HVAC serviced. Their attention to detail is second to none.
