Always helpful in giving information to be sure the unit is running properly. Friendly and on time. I highly recommend Hart. Also installed a UV light system and it is wonderful!

Charged $79 dollars just to show up and $150 on the weekends...WHAT A RIPOFF ...Don't do it. I spent $800 with them and they didn't deduct the show up charge. NEVER AGAIN..Don't use em. UPDATE...Keith Hart is delusional and this is the way his technician installed the filter..I found this out because we hired a professional HVAC company to repair Hart's attempt at servicing our unit..Bottom line is...DON'T USE THEM..THE $150 AND A $75 SHOW UP FEE IS A RIPOFF..THIS COMPANY LIES AND IS A RIPOFF.. Update.. the $800 repair lasted 4 weeks, this was on a house we sold, we took care of the customer we sold the home to. Just don't use Hart, they are dishonest and threaten people.1/22/2021. Nope they never tried to work out issues. Not a rental, the owner lied about treatment and threat. Read the reviews.

The repair and promptness was outstanding. Keith called and explained the billing and cost associated with the repair. This was very respectful and I appreciate the dedication Hart has to their customers. My wife and I will use Hart again, just hopefully not to soon!

I had Hart come out after another company couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my HVAC system. Mike had the correct diagnosis within 20-30 minutes and we’ve been cool ever since.

Good response time, professional - they will be my go to from now on.

This is our second experience with Hart. We will continue to use Hart because the employees are knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

We shopped around for a new A/C system because they are not cheap. After meeting with Keith and Tod we immediately knew they were the company we wanted to go with. They took the time to inspect our current system thoroughly and explain what our options were. No hard sell at all, just great helpful information that really helped us decide on what we wanted. Everyone that worked on installing the new system was very professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves so well you never would have known they were their.

On time, professional, cleaned up after they were done. They were able to come out on a Sunday and diagnosed my issue with a busted heating valve. Came the next morning to fix it since they needed a part for the HVAC. Kept me up to date on costs, billing, and sent an invoice with photos.

Made the entire process simple and straightforward.

Can't say enough good things about em, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs heating repair work done.

Called for A/C repair at 8:00am. They were really nice on the phone and said a technician would call and would likely be this A.M. No show. Nicely, I called back later that afternoon around 4pm and asked status and said I know they are probably very busy in this hot summer. They didn't find my earlier request in their system and nothing was scheduled for me. Zero apologies and didn't even ask if I still wanted a technician visit.

They were quick, friendly and efficient. Mike did a great job. Call them first thing in the morning and they were able to come check out our unit within two hours. They showed up and got everything back up and running. Very important when the high temperature is 25!

I called and someone came out same day to diagnose issue with my Heating / AC unit. Gave me options to get the system repaired but due to system being very old it would be a temporary fix till something else went out on unit. A very nice and polite gentlemen came out name Mark Benedict came out to my house same day and was able to give me different options on replacing the entire inside / outside unit. Was able to find an option that helped me the best along with a few additions to not only save me money on filters but also purify the air coming into my home . Customer service is great and being able to get the entire system outside and inside replaced within 24 hours was a blessing being that we had a snow storm 48 hours after. I highly recommend Hart Heating and Air for any needs on repair/or replacement. I have told friends and family about this amazing company . They are there to go above and beyond to meet customer needs and expectations and also give peace of mind knowing the issue will be resolved asap. I can't thank this company enough and Mark for being there when I needed the service the most. I was without heat completely and within 24 hours I got a complete new system installed.
