Joah and his brother where on time, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable in their Spring assessment of our A/C system. Easy to talk to and they listen to your needs. Checked out system, answered all our questions, and recommended other reputable companies for other house needs as they observed them. We are new to Lubbock and bought house in December of 2022. Highly recommend.

Had issue with AC, service call was same day, very thorough and explained the problem. The repair was efficiently completed and billing was seamless.

I called 6 different companies to get quotes to look at our air conditioner which wasn’t blowing as cold as it should have. On the phone, I was able to talk through the issue and get a quote and get on the schedule without hassle. I received a call the day of with a schedule confirmation. Josh arrived on time and was willing to talk me through different options, answered all of my questions, and was upfront about the cost of the different choices. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend their services.

The Tech that came out was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what he thought was wrong, listened to what the problem was, knew what was wrong and fixed it.

We’ve used Josh for several different issues with our a/c and heating and have had nothing but amazing service. He’s punctual, friendly, and good at what he does. We will be WestTex costumers for life.

5 stars isn’t close to enough to explain these guys!!! Not only did they come same day in the mid summer (busy season) but they came after hours to help us when they could have been at home with their families and did everything they could to get our air working! They ACTUALLY CARED which is so hard to find! And when we needed an electrician also they recommended one just as amazing as them AND they worked together to get us right THE SAME DAY! And didn’t drain my bank account lol. I will never go through anyone else and I will always recommend them to anyone who has problems! They are truly one of a kind! I don’t know if they know this but they really are a blessing. I appreciate Them more than they will ever know!
