Hart Heating & A/C

I chose Hart Heating & A/C primarily because of the reviews left by previous customers, glad to say I was not disappointed! I am way beyond pleased with their customer service and fair pricing. For any future needs we will be using Hart Heating & A/C! Lewis was very professional and understanding of my concerns. He was great to work with and should be recognized for his outstanding customer service! I called in the morning and at first was not able to get an appointment until the very first of the afternoon but would call me if they could schedule my service sooner. They called back within 10 minutes to let me know that Lewis could come out late that morning. Thank you Lewis and Hart Heating & A/C for your help and for fixing my heater quickly!

My A/C system stopped cooling on a Thursday night, I called Hart Heating & A/C Friday morning at 10a.m. Keith Hart came out himself and did my estimate before noon. By the time I got home from a meeting at 3pm that afternoon they had my leaking system fixed and running in tip-top shape. Keith was a class act, very honest and straightforward with me, and his crew was friendly and worked hard to get my system running again. I was very impressed by this company and highly recommend them!

Called first thing in the morning and they were able to make it to my house in less than 2 hours (was given a 9-12 window and they called that they were on their way at 9:20). They quickly found the problem and gave fair upfront prices and had it fixed before noon. I liked that they gave several options when it came to the repair but the best part was the friendly service. The guy even took his shoes off outside the house without being asked. The guys were friendly and honest and I highly recommend them!

We came home from vacation to our AC not cooling at all. I took a chance and called Hart for the first time and in the same day within only a few hours they showed up and replaced the motor on our outdoor unit! They were so reasonable, affordable and straight forward! We absolutely found our favorite company.

I already posted a 5 star a few months ago, but that is not good enough, 6 star. My girlfriends mom had a heater problem. I called on a Sat. Keith called me back. I asked about costs, very reasonable for a weekend call out. He asked me the problem. I told him Im kinda a DIY guy and thought it was thermocouple and described the problem. He said that is probably it and if you do this, it might fix it. I did what he said, and VOILA!! it worked. Now if a business helps you rather than bill the heck out of you. you got a company with real integrity and willing to help rather than just bill ya, bill ya bill ya. If your like me and wonder if your gonna get charged more than your problem, your answer is right here with Hart. Use em.

Everyone from Hart was friendly and helpful! When Brett came to the house he was very prompt and professional. He clearly explained our options for fixing the A/C issues and had them fixed in no time! Hart Heating & A/C will definitely be our first call when we have service needs in the future.

Hart Heating and A/C was out in less than an hour after being called. Keith gave me a price before he began his work and did a thorough job of servicing my air conditioner. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Hart to anyone needing A/C service. My house is nice and cool now!

The best service I have ever receive! Extremely professional. I called Hart AC around 2 and they sent someone out around 3ish. Delbert was my technician and he was very sweet and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I am so happy with the service that Delbert provided. He was professional, upfront about the problem and had it repaired much quicker than I expected. I am really relieved that the A/C unit could be repaired. I had been told by another company that it couldn't be fixed and would need to be replaced so that's what I expected.
