Hart Heating & A/C

I have used Hart Heating and A/C for years. Every employee I have had contact with has been pleasant and professional. They are very prompt and very good at communicating when they plan to arrive.

On one occasion, fixing my A/C unit did not go as planned and a part was inadvertently broken. Without missing a beat, they replaced the part at no cost to me. No fuss at all.

I can’t recommend these guys enough!

I have used Hart heating and air for about 10 years now. They service my personal residence as well as my rentals. They are always very courteous and professional. Most of all they clean up their mess before they leave. If you're looking for a good and honest company, look no more. I believe they have always been very fair with their charges. Eddie E

Lacking heat during a cold spell can be frustrating. I contacted Hart Heating on a Saturday & got a quick response. The technician, Delbert, was very polite and answered all my questions patiently, while getting my furnace running again. He even relayed the conversation he had with the owner to me, being honest that there could be a control board that might go out later even though the furnace is working now. I was only charged the service call, but given a guarantee if it did go out again. I will definitely be contacting Hart Heating if it does or when I have any other issues with my HVAC equipment.

Fan motor went out on a Sunday evening. Edward G. had been working on my neighbors unit earlier and happened to give me a card. When dispatch called me back, they lady was very friendly and explained the options as far as time frame (weekend callout vs. scheduling for Monday, etc.) I decided to have her ask Edward if he was up for another job for the evening. She promptly called me back and said Edward would be at the house in 15min.

Edward was very friendly, fast, and professional. I really can’t express how pleasant it was to work with him and (Andrea?) to get my house cool again.

Great customer service. He was kind and willing to talk to you. Explained what was what. I had some issues with repairmen in the past but this time I definitely got what I paid for. Ac is working better than when I bought the house. Great company and great repairman!

Delbert was right on time, did a great job at diagnosing the problem with our a/c and fixing it! He was also excellent at communicating with us! Highly recommend Hart Heating and Air - they've always done a great job for us!

Fast professional and fair! In the heat of the morning Brett was there and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and gave me a no pressure recommendation of replacing my 30 year old furnace and air handler. He got us cooling down and thanked me for calling them! Hart is my only heating and ac choice when it comes to wanting quality and professionalism.

Brett came after hours and cleaned our HVAC very quickly! He was very courteous and explained everything that was going on. I highly recommend Hart Heating & A/C. We will definitely use them again.

Our A/C went out on the weekend. They could not get the part until Monday. They went above and beyond by providing us a stand up window unit. Brett even installed it for us. There are not too places that would do this for their customers. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air repairs.

I didn't get to use them but I feel bad because they were so responsive and I thought they weren't going to get back to me. My son (3yo) had set my phone to do not disturb and I didn't see that they called back first thing in the morning and by then I had called someone else 😓
I hope to use them in the future though!
