Hart Heating & A/C

Brett Hart was great to us! We appreciate his services and willing to meet all of our expectations to make sure our house felt cool again. We will definitely be using Hart Heating and A/C again in the future!

They are not 24/7! I called around 12:30 am requesting immediate service because my A/C stopped working, and my newborn gets hot and sick easily. I had to call back after 20 minutes because the technician did not call me as he was supposed to. When the technician finally called, he asked if it could wait until the morning. I said I would rather take care of it now. He told me it would be an automatic $300 fee. I told him that was ok with me and to come on out. He then told me that "he had worked his butt off all day and wasn't going to come out in the middle of the night and to call Bruce Thornton A/C." So I called Bruce Thornton, and they responded right away with fantastic service!

I have always appreciated the service we have gotten from Hart Heating & AC. I will never forget that the first year after my husband died, they called, made an appointment and serviced my system free. As a widow, it is a comfort to have people that I know and trust to come into my home.

Everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful, technician was fantastic very knowledgeable, I will not use another hvac company, this company is hands down the best in Lubbock, very quick response I called and had a technician here in less than a half hour

They went over and above to fix our AC. We have dealt with a couple other companies and Hart did everything they could to not just fix the unit but also get it working to their expectations. Highly recommend.

Hart AC originally installed our AC unit. Today we had a performance issue, and they responded very promptly, found an corrected the malfunctioning part. Delbert and Brett were very professional in explaining everything to me. I will contact them again.

Excellent service! Mr Hart was able to explain all the possible problems that might be hindering my Air Conditioning. This saved me countless hours of discomfort and frustration and saved me from paying hundreds of dollars for someone to make an appointment to diagnose my ignorance.

I can guarantee that the next time I need help with anything heating and cooling related i know who i'll call... Hart heating and A/C!

Scheduling AC repair for an elderly member of our community we had these professionals comes in and assess and provide a solution that we could agree to, taking 4 days to come in and have a schedule system replacement. A second trip to the home was requested as a continued review of the job site, only to be contacted at 6:30 the morning of the installation to say they made error in not only the size of the system but also in the ducts, and trying to pull more money after they were already getting over $8500 for a system. Their mistake was going to cost $2500 additional and they took no responsibility for the mistake and would not even discount the difference of the $2500. This is really poor sales tactics to pressure you into adding in more expensive items last minute knowing it is summer and for an elderly person! There is truly an ethical issue here with this company and how they do work!

Hart was able to come to my home within a few days of calling. They did a thorough check of my AC and heating. I can tell such a huge difference. They were very kind and respectful in my home.
