They were very professional, quickly assessed the problem, updated me, and got right to work. They worked with my schedule easily and I felt they were very trustworthy and qualified the whole time. I will definitely continue using them and will be recommending them to friends.

Brett Hart came and got my air conditioner running again. Super hot outside worked so many hours trying to get me going. Never ever a negative attitude. I rate this company more than five stars. Brett was an amazing representation of this company.

I have used Hart over the past few years and they are great! They installed a new unit for us two years ago and we have used them since. We recently had a sewer line burst that drained into our air return system which was causing that smell to be circulated through our whole house so we turned off our AC. Well, not having AC in August was not fun. They came out the next day and checked it out and Keith called me instantly and told me that they would be on it the next day especially with having a 2 yr old in the house. Edward showed up promptly and did great work. Hats off to the whole Hart Heating and Air, especially Keith, Brett, and Edward!

I have used this company about 4 or 5 times and each technician is always super nice and knowledgeable. I believe the company is honest and fair in pricing. Most of all I love the fact the owner, Keith, answers the phone and calls. He is genuine and kind. Will continue doing business with him.

My service technician Brett H. was knowledgeable about my unit and didn't try to upsell anything. He was honest. He did excellent, clean work. He literally had to take apart our unit to replace the broken component and do a full maintenance cleaning. He sealed everything up beautifully when finished. Not to mention he was professional and kind. The kind of guy you just want to invite over for dinner sometime
Lol. In a "service industry" it's all about the relationships you build with your clients. He did an outstanding job of that. When we have any future HVAC needs we will definitely use him again.

The service technicians were very nice & friendly. They explained very well each thing they had done in the service checkup of my system. They even waited on me to go get new air filters and then installed them for me!
I am confident that my system is ready to go for the hot summer as well as the winter!
