Francisco assisted me this time, and he explained everything he was doing and kept me very informed throughout. I have also been assisted by other employees and everyone from this company is very nice and you can tell they truly want to help you fix your problems. I will call them every time.

We discovered on Saturday afternoon that our upstairs furnace was not working and we had out-of-town company staying there. I called Hector and he had a tech here in 2 hours. They got the furnace running that day then returned on Monday to complete the repair with new parts. Great job. Thank you.

My wife and I hired Freedom Heating and Air to redo both zones of our home (a 4ton and a 3ton). Because they install top-shelf brand names (Trane), we were expecting them to be more expensive than the competition. Not only did they underbid the other guys, their work was impeccable! The quoting and installation guys are friendly and professional, the A/C system is state of the art (better than the Nest thermostat it replaced) and energy efficient. I will be a customer for life and highly recommend Freedom to anyone who needs a new A/C system.

1 year update: The systems (Trane infinity series) still work great 1 year later. Freedom has upheld their contract perfectly. They come out every 6 months and service the system FOR FREE. They even bring new filters. Their technicians are always knowledgable and professional. I don't ever see customer service like this in today's world. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Hector and his crew installed new Trane AC System and I couldn't be happier with their installation. Went above and beyond the agreed to job. They can be trusted. I wasn't even home when the installation was done I went ahead and bought a 10 year service agreement since I knew his company would handle any possible future services.

Hector and crew were professional, on time, and replaced our entire HVAC system before we could break a sweat! Before the process started, Hector answered all my questions and walked me through all my concerns. We are new homeowners and felt a bit lost, but Hector really went above and beyond to give us advice and made us feel good about our investment.

I have a 16 year old outside A/C unit that quit working several days ago. I found Freedom Heating & Air has an A plus rating with the BBB so I gave them a call. I just want you to know that I am very pleased with their professionalism and honesty. They quickly resolved the problem and didn't try to sell me a new unit. The owner of the company made sure that I was completely satisfied with their work before leaving. I would highly recommend them.

My family and I give ten "Big Stars" to Freedom Heating & Air. Mike, provided excellent service and fair estimate on our Heating & Air replacement. The main office provided a solution to replacing our Heating & air unit with in budget.

When promised 2 people would install our new Tran unit, we received 6, on a Saturday! In the pouring rain, these men provided 7 consistent hours of removal of our old unit, installation of the new one, and an operational walk through.

Bought new AC system several years ago...outside unit began making noise last year!
Selling point on this unit was efficiency and also quietness!! Manager advise that they don't repair noise issues !!! ?? Huh??? Said have to wait until it actually breaks!!???

I called Freedom heating and air to repair my a/c unit , that wasn't keeping my house cool. They came the same day I called them and told me what was going on with my unit. My home is cool now and Freedom did a great job. I recommend them to my family.
