I had a gas leak at my HVAC unit. I shopped a few places and Freedom was the most courteous, and could respond the fastest. Daniel Rodriguez was the responding tech and found my issue very quickly. He was very professional and gave me a fair price for the repair. Thank you for being so fast and courteous!

Yesterday 👉🏼Nicholas Gomez👈🏿 came over and provided an excellent service. Although he wasn't able to resolve the issue because it will requiere service from a certified plumber, NICHOLAS responded to all our needs within the capabilities that he was able to do so.

We are looking forward to using his services again.

We were having issues with our A.C. unit, which was not cooling very well upstairs at our house. Mike came out and did an initial assessment, explaining everything clearly. He provided options to resolve the issue, along with cost estimates for each option. We chose to have them replace our unit and take advantage of the upgrade in efficiency, newer technology and features. This company did an excellent job with the install, and was careful to keep the house clean after they were done. Of course, they walked us through everything, once complete, and made sure that they answered all of our questions. My wife and I were so impressed with their work and friendliness that we now plan to have them continue to service the A.C. unit each year.

We had a great experience with freedom hearing & air. The technician was prompt, kind, and very thorough. He solved our problem and the cost was fair.

I know we must have been with Hector since the inception of the company so I will leave it to him to say exactly how many years it has been. We have been through complicated equipment repairs and zone board installations and we have always been so satisfied with their expertise and devotion to keeping us happy. I highly recommend keeping up with your service policies because if something breaks I cannot remember a time when they did not send someone out immediately. I think every purchase or repair we have had there has always been work that met and surpassed our expectations.

These guys did an amazing job when they installed my entire system last year. Since then, they have performed scheduled tune-ups on my system. Everyone I have interacted with, from the front desk team to the technicians, have exhibited professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Daniel, Shannon, Diego, and Jose all were wonderful. Our heating system wasn't functioning properly during our coldest week in Texas. Daniel was able to come out, assess the situation, and provide options for a resolution. We decided to purchase a new system due to us having multiple issues with our old system.

Shannon, Diego, and Jose came the following day to install the new system. It was certainly a tricky one that took much longer than anticipated but they were able to complete the installation. They also identified improperly functioning dampers and replaced them the following day. Our system is blowing much stronger than previously and is working great.

Each of them were personable, professional, and most importantly punctual. I will continue to use Freedom Heating & Air for any applicable needs. Thank you all for your hard work!

My AC went out in late August. We needed one ASAP. We checked out several different companies. Freedom was able to find the unit we needed and install within a couple of days. Customer service was excellent. Very professional!!!

I would highly recommend this company!!! My husband and I were out of town and our ac froze up again we had our kids, 6month old grandbaby and my disabled mother in the house on a Saturday. I asked my daughter to call someone and get them out asap and I am so thankful that this was the company that she called!! The tech that came out (Jose) was wonderful he got the system running good enough to keep everyone comfortable until we could figure out what we were going to do. He also spoke with me over the phone and explained everything and then they got me all the information so that we could make a decision! Everyone I spoke with was wonderful and when we made our decision it took no time at all to get everything moving we had an entire new system put in and Jose and his team did an amazing job! This company will now be the only company we use and will be the only one we will recommend to others!! I really can't even say enough good things about them! It is so hard to find a company that is truly there for there customers every step of the way but I can assure you they were! I would also like the boss of this company to know that Jose really went above and beyond and the team that came with him really did amazing work Thank you so much for caring about your customers and you have definitely earned us as a lifetime customer!!! Our home had a older a/c system that died on us last spring. I was given Hector Gomez' name on recommendation by a colleague. When I called we were in a bad place. My first surprise was that I got a "real" person when I called late at night as I was just expecting to leave a message. That was followed up by a return call from Hector that same night and consultation a few days later. We were given several options which were completely and clearly explained to us. Hector is very knowledgeable and was very patient with all of our questions! We ended up deciding to buy a new system. It was installed by Hector and his team. Everyone was very professional and was careful to cover all carpeting while working. They cleaned up everything inside and out upon completion of the install. They even went the extra mile of replacing our very well worn air vent covers! Plus Hector checked in with us several times afterwards to make sure that everything was running smoothly. In the months since then we have loved our new system! It not only runs much more quietly than our old one, it's also much more efficient. We have gotten 2 electric bills since installation and they have each been $150 less than at the same time in previous years! I can't say how happy we have been that we replaced our system with Freedom Heating and AC! I would highly recommend Hector Gomez to anyone in the need of a/c repair!!
