Arrived on time, were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. They completed the job in the time they predicted, and gave me a tour of all the work when it was completed. Since a new thermostat was installed, they even took the time to completely describe its features and answer questions. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

During the deep freeze in February---obviously an extremely busy time for plumbers---my water heater stopped working. They responded quickly and got it repaired within hours. Paul was very pleasant and professional, patiently answered all of my questions, and worked hard. And all for a very reasonable price. JR Heating Repair and Air Conditioning will be my go-to in the future for all of my plumbing needs. Could not be happier!

Anthony topped up the Freon level, and explained the most likely reasons for it being low. He also adjusted our blower motor speed and gave me some insight and answers to HVAC questions I had. I'd recommend the specialist and I plan on having him back for annual check ups and maintenance on our system.

Dan arrived for a normal furnace clean and check only to discover that the thermostat wasn't talking to the heat side properly (through no fault of JR Heating Repair and Air Conditioning installed equipment). He was very careful and thorough in problem solving and let us know what was happening while he was doing it. Have had this furnace from them for 2 years now and it has been a very good investment.
