Great service! They were able to fit me in on the same day I called and Nick was very straightforward and professional about the cost of service. He also gave me some suggestions to help keep my unit going and offered some model numbers of units to possibly upgrade to in the future. Thank you!

They really wanted to just sell us 2 new units... Like hard sell. Long story short, the “Freedom solution” was a little more than $12,000. So we thought it best to get a second opinion. An honest AC guy charged us $165 for a part that had failed, and the AC unit works great.

Finally got our A/C fixed. Well, not exactly fixed more like replaced. Even tho our old unit still worked, it was just too small for the house. Now I want to share our experience with you all, because I know how sometimes we look for recommendations. We had Freedom Heating & Air come in to do the job. I must say we are very pleased with the quality of service we experienced. The company provided a detailed estimate as well as addressed any concerns. Hector took us thru what the day would look like. Advising us this job would take all day. He gave us the time when his guys would show up (by the way they were on time). And even tho he was out of the country. He kept in touch with his team as well as with us. His team are true professionals. They came in, did the work without leaving any evidence of them being here. No mess left behind. In my experience you seldomly find a company to do a job with out leaving a clue they had been there. So if you are in need of any A/C repair. This is the company you want to go with. They also warranty any work that they do. Don’t get ripped off by other companies, when you can have the real pros!

The entire team, including the owner, Hector, were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for your AC/heating needs. I love my new Trane AC system. It is top of the line!

They arrived on time every day ,worked non stop, had the old unit out of the attic with in 2 hours. Cleaned as they worked. The old equipment was taken away before noon. Rerouted some of the old duct work added some new ones. Insulated everything. Ran a new cold air return, the old one was to small. Installed new furnace
Day two ran new electrical lines, copper lines, hooked up a new drainage pan. Attached all vent lines to the furnace. Installed new air conditioner. Attached all lines to it.
Day three pressure tested and sealed all vent lines from the inside. The new system worked as well as promised. Won’t be needing a blow dryer any longer 😁
Will recommend this company to all my friends. Thank you for all that you have done. They even went through the house and swept it when they finished. 👍

Mike was prompt and very friendly with our Nest Thermostat installation. He was able to install the thermostat with no issues and give us advice on our a/c unit and filters. I would highly recommend this company for great service as well as great work.

Freedom Heating and Air does an amazing job, I can say is the best Company weve ever had work on our house. Especially when you have 3 Units in a house and it cant be that easy! Hector the owner, came personally to service my system after I expressed concern previously. He was extremely courteous and very helpful. He provided me with multiple options to remedy the issues with my system as well as, his sincere apologies for the circumstances I previously encountered. I tried to service my own A/C, that was a huge mistake. I caused further damage and was in a real bind. Hector and his technicians were able to properly diagnose and save my system. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They came out the next day, and followed up with phone calls until it was fixed. No up sell, no attitude, no hassle. I have several rental properties, and will use them anytime I have HVAC issues. Freedom air is definitely a company with high standards and strong a vision.

Great job!! We had a room with poor air flow and they fixed it. The night before Freedom was scheduled to come to work on the air flow issue, our gas provider found a gas leak in one of our heaters and Freedom fixed it the next day.Excellent service. I highly recommend them.
