I went in Facebook and looked at 6 heating and air company's I decide on Freedom Heating and Air the other 5 company's came out and just told me the amount it would cost gave little or not detail information. With Hector@freedom Explained in detail the whole process of installing a new system answered all my question very professional and knowledgeable of the Heating and air services. He did pressure me to buy a system I called him back and said to I am ready and the came in did the replacement of my system and his crew and him did a Awesome job replacing my air conditioning system great professional and fast it took one day I'm so happy to say that I will continue doing business with freedom heating and air For services on my air conditioning system maintenance. Freedom Heating and Air has been a godsend this summer. We have had struggling AC units in our home for several years. This year, we knew at least one needed to be replaced. We got quotes from several companies, but decided that Freedom gave us the best quality and warranty for the money. To start with, they came out and did a thorough analysis of our systems and gave a comprehensive report that detailed the issues, as well as quotes for repair or replacement. The service manager spent a long time patiently answering all of our questions and working with us so that we completely understood our options. Upon installation, the team came out and replaced both of our units in one day.They were very courteous and respectful. These guys worked non-stop and knew what they were doing. They were able to fix problems we didn't even know we had since the construction of our home. I cannot say enough about our positive experience with this company. Now I sit back and relax in my cool, comfortable home with quality air systems and the knowledge that if anything does go wrong, Freedom Heating & Air will be there if we need them.

I called Freedom ac & heating after reading the reviews and watching the company video. They were very professional from scheduling with Susie to Frank G completing the job. They were able to come out the same day. I initially scheduled for an afternoon appt and was later contacted to see if I wanted an earlier appt due to a cancellation. Frank arrived on time, with a mask on and was very informative and professional throughout the entire time. I felt very comfortable with his thoroughness, repair and suggestions so much that I purchased a maintenance plan to continue to have this company maintain my unit. Frank was very considerate of not only my concerns, but also of my property. I was comfortable with the price that I paid as well. I felt like Frank was honest and the company is fair and not a price gouger, which is rare. This company appears to be considerate of customers, customer’s time and money, offers great customer service and makes you feel like they will take care of your needed maintenance or repairs the correct way, the first time. I was happy with my duct cleaning. Only 2 criticisms I have would be: 1. the process was not explained and I had to ask a million questions; and 2. the cleanup could have been a little better. There were particles left behind from where they removed and replaced the vents so I had to vacuum after they left. I'd use them again.

Freedom has exceeded our expectations in more ways than one!! After several months of research and quotes from several companies, we finally made our decision and I'm so thankful that we did! Nicholas, Hector and Shannon are the best! In 2020, Nicholas came to our home to replace some freon, that's when we found out that our AC & heating system was on the verge of breaking down. Fast forward to 2021, after the notorious Texas winter storm, my husband and I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and get a new system installed. Hector was very hands on and helped us with all financing aspects from start to finish and made the process so much easier! We got approved through Wells Fargo and the very next morning, they we're at our home ready to upgrade us! It only took one day to install both heating and AC systems and Shannon was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable with every bit of work and repairs made...from removing the old system to installing the brand new shiny one! He even helped us install an app on our phones that would allow us to control the thermostat from anywhere! Talk about an upgrade! Lol Yes, it was a pricey investment, but so worth it in the long run! Oh! BTW, I know this review is gonna bring alot of business so if you guys need any marketing or promotion help, let ya girl know! Lol But truly, we are very pleased...thank you guys for the great work!!!

My air conditioner recently quit on me and after speaking with Nick and Hector at Freedom decided to go with their deluxe package. They weren’t the cheapest but I felt that the service would be there after the sale. They showed up with plenty of people and completely changed out both of my units in a day. They came back two days later and cleaned all my ducts. One of the new outside units experienced problems After about a week and they got Trane on the phone and got authorization to change the entire unit out and did it the same day. I feel that I have received the white glove treatment that I expected. They seem to really invest into the training of their staff and it shows. If you’re looking for cheap they probably are not who you want, but if you want good service and equipment installed properly call them. I can tell you that the quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten
