After being without heat for a week and trying to repair the furnace myself (and failing) I called Freedom Heating and Air on Saturday morning, The Day After Christmas. I was promptly greeted by Roxana who listened to my problem and assured me she could have someone there within 2 hours.
Sure enough, 2 hours later Daniel arrived and listened to me explain what was going on and what I had attempted to do. He was very professional and went right to work. In about 15 minutes Daniel called me up into the attic and showed me that the transformer was bad. He explained he had one on the truck, but that he would confirm if the board was bad after installing the transformer. He allowed me to watch as he was testing the board and yes the board was bad and he could have one Monday. I asked pricing and he looked it up for me and then thinking to myself I have a 19 yr old system, I really need a new one. So I told Daniel lets talk about a new system. We sat down and he showed my wife and I 4 different Trane systems and explained each one and what pricing would be. At no time did he try and sell us anything. He answered all of our questions. We decided to go with the deluxe muilti stage system. He gave us a written quote. When asking him how soon could he have it installed? To our shock he said we could be here Monday morning around 7 to 7:30am.
At 7:15 Monday morning a Crew pulled in. Daniel introduced everyone and they went right to work. My wife called me around 11 am to tell me how it was going and said these guys are so respectful and nice.
I returned home around 5:30pm and the crew had just left. Daniel was waiting on me to do a walk around and explain this new very fancy thermostat. I am so impressed with the finished job. The quality of their work is above what I was expecting. From the attic unit to the outside unit to the clean up. I want everyone that takes the time to read this review, including the owner of this company to know, how much we appreciate the customer service and professionalism. From Roxana and Daniel to the crew that did the install. Thank you, you have earned a customer for life!

Freedom Heating & Air on providing *OUTSTANDING* service to this dual-military family. After months of researching and 18 quotes later, my husband, a Navy Chief Logistics Specialist (hence the 18 quotes) stumbled across Freedom Heating & Air and found that they were the best. This is my 1st time EVER writing a review and below are the reasons why I just had to:
- First Visit. Mr. H. Gomez was very professional, well-educated on various systems, family-oriented, and patient. He asked and understood our family needs (asthmatic kids) and budget (very low) and delivered the best system for us without even asking for previous quote amounts.
- Service/Price. After months of paying $500 electric bills, a $1500 electric bill in the wake of Snow Storm Uri, which gave our system its final knockout, we needed something quick. They were the only ones with systems on hand and a full crew on stand-by for installation within a few days of contract. What's crazy is there was 7 companies that gave us install dates as late as July 2021 and this was back in April; we would've still been here burning the hell up. Oh...and "it's the Warranty for Me"!!!!!
- Day of Install. The crew was AMAZING, they worked from SunUp to SunDown and was done in ONE day without leaving a spec of dirt behind.
- After Install. I cant believe the Air Quality, how did we allow our kids to live in such filth. We purchased the Trane XV20 AC Hybrid and love it; the only negative thing is that it is very hard for me to transition from good air quality (home) to poor air quality (work). The cleaner, healthier air provided by our new system has me spoiled to the point that my Supply department had to purchase an air cleaner for my office at work to keep me from feeling light headed at work. The best thing is that only one of our boys have had to use the nebulizer once since the install.
- To top it all off we received the Veterans, First Responders, and Teachers Discount. YES...you read it right "Teachers" are included in the discount as well; not many companies out there show love to Teacher
(our most valuable, but undervalued citizens).

I could go on and on but don't want folks to be turned off by a long review, so check them out...you will NOT be disappointed.

Thank you Freedom Heating & Air for the work that was performed at my home. We had a dangerous carbon monoxide leak that your technicians discovered. My call was placed on a Sunday for service and by Monday technicians were at my home and diagnosed my issues. They arrived Tuesday early morning for the repairs and worked hard the entire day till everything was replaced and working. We now have a brand new heat system and feel safer with the updated equipment. The technicians were great & even made sure to clean up their work space after they were done.
My family and I are appreciative that our heat was back up and running so quick. We will be using Freedom Heating & Air this spring to replace our air unit as well and for all future service needs.

We had Freedom do some maintenance after a recommendation from a friend who is a contractor and said we could trust them. We love them so much that we went back when our system needed to be replaced. They are always very helpful, very nice when entering our home, and never try to up-sell us on stuff we don't need

I'm completely satisfied for the work they did from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable team all around. The turnaround was exceptional! Not only did Hector honor a special I inquired about on the last day they were offering (June 2019) it but it was also late at night when I called. Daniel was the first to come out a couple of days later to inspect my a/c & he was very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. I called freedom again Oct 29th bc my heater hadn't yet been turned on since we had just moved in, May of the same year. Nicholas came out the same day to inspect & try to get my heater on. The entire unit was pretty old and original to the house from the 80's. We definitely needed an entire new system but didn't have the means for it. Nick did everything he could to get us approved & Hector helped through the entire financing process. The remaining amount we didn't get through the loan is being financed through Freedom H&A which Edith at their office set up for us. She was very accommodating to what worked for us & I'm very thankful for that. They went above and beyond! Carlos & his team started installing my hvac system the very next morning which we were very thrilled about especially since it was 32 degrees that day. Carlos explained & walked my husband and I through the entire process of learning our new thermostat & answered all of our questions. Hector stopped by afterward to make sure we were happy with everything & then the following day to drop off air filters. My house is now warm, cozy & definitely ready for this winter.... and summer!

I called Freedom after reading so many good reviews when I was looking to replace my 21 year old Trane furnace. I am so impressed with the quality of service, the quality of the members of Freedom from beginning to end and of course I love my new Trane HVAC system. I never knew duct cleaning could make such a difference and maybe enhanced even more with a new HVAC system. It was expensive for me but Freedom offered a couple of incentives to help my decision. I’m extremely pleased I chose Freedom because I feel like they really took care of my needs and they took great care to provide the best possible service to me from the first phone call to the finished installation and cleanup. I highly recommend this wonderful company.

I had everything replaced. Duct, inside outside units, thermostat and new refrigerant lines. The crew was great. They take great care and are very detailed. Trane systems are top of the line systems and you will have to pay more but you get what you pay for. I would recommend Freedom air, they do great work

Very professional from initial bid through Instalation. I asked several questions during the proposal and agreement process and Hector was always quick to respond. The installation took about 9 hours with a robust crew of 4-5 technicians. I was able to communicate with them and ask questions and they practiced Covid safe procedures. Amazing new digital thermostat; that was also well explained.

Had two other companies work on my system and could not get things resolved. Finally called Freedom Heating & Air and they came out the same day and fixed the problem all with in an hour! Don't waste your money on other techs, get it fixed the first time with them. Highly recommend them!

My experience was not a good one. I was told to replace a single part of an a/c unit they said was the highest quality the cost would be $1,345 plus freon. This part was warranted by the mfg. at no cost to Freedom. I found another company to do the same work for $800. Freedom overcharged more than $500.
