I met Michael, the owner through a service call and he was very polite and professional. He gave me many options to a new heating and air system to replace my 16 year worn system that continued to need repairs and now not working. He promised to have my new system installed the same day so his crew stayed until the job was done. We’re very pleased!

Our ac went out and we needed new installment Asap. On point came out the next day which was on Friday. Salvador and his partner came out and did what they had to do. My Ac has been running great and cooling my home down so much better and quicker than our last unit. I would definitely recommend On Point heating and air. Thank you Mike

I have nothing but good things to say about On Point, I was introduced to them through my Home Warranty Company and was very impressed with the speed and professionalism they showed. When my financing fell through I though I would still have time to get a loan, but due to an incredibly poorly timed mini stroke, though is there really a good time for that. Michael could have gone straight into legal measures, but choose instead to very graciously work with me. A business man with a heart and spirit of generosity, I can't wait to see what he does for an encore.

I highly recommend this company. They helped us when our AC went out in this awful Texas Heat! They were very professional, knowledgeable and had AC in our home again in a short period of time. The owner has been a blessing to our family and we are so thankful for all that he and his staff did to help us!

My name is Marlyn, I'm elderly and on a fixed income. My central heating went out and was leaking gas. My warranty with TXU did not cover the whole cost to fix it and they refused to help me but on point heating and air came into my home and saw how cold the house was -11 degrees. Out of the goodness of his heart they inconvenient there chrismas, neglect there family, to come and help me they fixed and paid for the bill out of there own pocket for me. They were all so professional and they cleaned up after mess and them selves and came very quickly to help me. I can't believe what they have done for me. I cried to know that there are good people in this world that care. Thanks to On point Heating and Air Company and their owner for him for his compassion.

Had a new 3T unit installed (HVAC) by owner and a tech .. kept in touch on arrival time- great installation- made sure I was happy and left paperwork for warranty! Thank you it was a pleasant experience
