I want to thank On Point Heat and Air for such a great job they did on our church. Also, their hospitality was extremely wonderful. I recommend their services to anyone having trouble or needing their heat or air replaced or a new installed.

On Point - especially Mike, was incredibly helpful and did an incredible job. Definitely recommend these guys if you need a/c and heating work!

I booked an appointment with a different HVAC repair company to take a look at my AC, and they subbed out the appointment to these folks (I didn't know that was a thing, apparently it is). After showing up hours later than the appointment window, I was told that I needed three new capacitors in the outdoor unit. When I asked how much the repair would be, the technician quoted me at $400 per piece and $125 per capacitor in labor! They also told me that if I buy all three they'd give me one for free and the total would be around $1200. I googled the part numbers of the capacitors in question and the price for the most expensive one was between $15 and $35. They were trying to charge over 2000% markup for parts! These guys are super shady, avoid them like the plague.

They installed a brand new system inside and out, have had trouble ever since. At first heat was not working. Took 2 days over the next 3 days for them to get the heat to work correctly when the outside temp was in the 40’s for several days. The installers apparently burnt up the first 2 heating elements. Now when you want to run the ac the compressor doesn’t even come on. Was told originally that the system was over charged with Freon and some would need to be taken out and 2 weeks later they still have not came back. Owner leaves voice texts stating how busy they are and not sure when they can get back over.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with any service company. I initially contacted my Warranty Company (HMS), who initially had Sears service technician inspect my upstairs A/C unit. This gentlemen was very friendly and knowledgeable, however, he had to defer to the warranty company to find another company to do a repair and installation. The warranty company then assigned the job to On Point Heating and Air. The service technician came out the following day and explained that the core would need to be replaced along with the ductwork. The duct was saturated with water and was unattached from the unit itself. I aggreed for the next steps. This is where everything started to go downhill. I attempted to be contact said service company multiple times after they sent the warranty company sent me covered and non covered charges. One of the non covered charges was "Duct Modifications". I wanted to know more about what this actually meant and get a better breakdown. I called REPEATADLY and never got a call back. I even called the On Point Heating and Air with HMS(Home warranty) and got the VM as well. TWO WEEKS later I finally got a call from a service tech (Andrew) leaving a voicemail. I called them back and asked them to describe the breakdown of non-covered costs. He seemed to be very nice over the phone and explained that everything in non-covered is neceesary to meet code.(remember this part for later). I said okay, and they came out to do the job for the following Monday. Unfortunately, I was not home, and my mother in law was home with our 8 month old. She asked them once they completed, specifically asking " And you replaced the duct work?" They said yes everything is completed. So she signed the work order. I got home, was excited to check out the repair, and to my disbelief, noticed that the duct was just simply reattached to the UNIT! So I then attempted to contact the company everyday for 4 days, with no response until finally I sent a text stating that I reassigned my claim and will not be paying the balance. From there, the owner sent me texts stating the following and attached a picture of the duct prior to repair being unattached: "This is your home prior to us installing we have proof bud so with that being said starting porcess of civil suit also will file theft of services and going to file a labor lein on your home. Your in bad shape ole Sam and that what we get for heling a ungrateful pathetic customer. After finacning the non covered for you because you were indigent lol. This is going to cost you a lot more than the money im coming for you criminally too. Do not text non of my phones or call any phone or ill file harassment charges too. Mr Rocket Scientist. You chose the wrong route bud smh... Watch the power of a labor lein on your home. Have a good day." From there I responded " That duck work that you have shown in the photo has not been replaced and is still filled with water". He then responded "You did not pay for duct replacement and your warranty did no authorize duct replacement from this point on I will not have no contact with you if you text my phone one more time Im going to file harassment do not text me again I will be putting a labor lein on your home and filling theft of service. You turned a situation that could have been fixed into a disaster and youre the only one that is going to pay for it the only option you have before I leave in the next 30 minutes to file a labor lien and do process will be to pay your balance in full if you do not pay your balance in full in the next 30 minutes I promise you buddy I will own a piece of your house.." So with that.... please avoid this company at all costs. They do not deserve to be in business any longer!

Really dumb and dangerous drivers. I'll never use your services because of that.

Excellent service was provided, the installers that came out were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. They were very professional, they double checked their work, they were more than willing to answer any questions, and went beyond what their job requires.

These guys get it done. Went above by coming after hours so my 97 year old grandmother would have air in this texas heat. The owner gave me a way below discount from the other competitors. And thank you for your on point HVAC personnel Mark Jensen. So respectfull and honest and really seem to care. Check this company out. Honest and dependable.

I was really suffering when my a/c went out. I am 80 and with a back injury, unable to walk. I was listed as a medical emergency. When On Point was notified they were here the next morning. I could not be more pleased with a professional and courteous service they provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I just want to say thank you again for coming so quickly and helping.
