Our family is very grateful for Forrest's professionalism and responsiveness as he worked with us to repair our A/C system on what I would consider short notice. I feel that he took the extra mile to ensure that we were set up properly and timely. It is not enough to say that I would highly recommend Pleasant Run A/C & Heat for system repair and servicing.

Forrest, is absolutely one of the most honorable, most admirable men I have ever met. I will NEVER allow anyone to touch my unit BUT him going forth. Caring , professional owner. Assisted me during the hot July weather after Home Warranty tech diagnosed and left after 15 minutes. Leaving home still w/o ac. Forrest diagnosed, installed new HVAC SYSTEM & Furnace. Good $$, all systems operating perfectly.
