Forrest was a pleasure to work with. He first came out to install our thermostat after we failed at doing so. He also assisted with getting new insulation added to our home and removing the old infested insulation. He was up front and knowledgeable!! He also advised on some maintenance I needed to handle for our safety!! He’s definitely our new HVAC guy!! Highly recommend!!

Simply put, Pleasant Run A/C & Heat was great! I highly recommend this company. After reading the reviews they were spot on! Forrest called me before he came and arrived on time! He diagnosed the issue with the coil, gave a detailed quote on the cost. He took time explain everything in detail and was quick with the install date once I gave them the go ahead. Forrest Williams was both very professional and thorough in the job, and walked me through all the work they did at the end. Forrest gave a detailed explanation of the issues with our furnace. Provided us 4 affordable options for repair & was always available for questions. He repaired our furnace in the middle of January in just a few hours. He is professional and passionate about his line of work. I highly recommend him, his work and professionalism speaks for itself.

Forest is our go to guy for all of our A/C needs. Forest is very knowledgeable, professional, fair, and a kind hearted person. Forest came in and saved the day, our home and lives when he had to rewire our unit due to a so called professional “rigging” it. We had two other HVAC technicians come to fix the problem of our AC not cooling. Neither technician could figure out what the problem was. I contacted Mr. Williams on a Thursday evening and he came to service us the very next day. It took him less than one hour to diagnose the problem that had stumped the previous technicians. And less than another hour to fix it. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and reasonable. We couldn't have been more pleased with his work, and it's hard to please my husband. Forrest was awesome!
